Been coming to barros for 30 years. Been to a few barros locations over the years. This place has just fallen off the map. The food is terrible now, tastes like grade school cafeteria food. Assuming this continues, this business model will be done for. I will not come back, you lost a customer for life and will not recommend this business either...

The pizza was good here. The service was okay. The table was dirty when we went to sit to eat. The chairs and floors were a bit dirty also. There were only a few pizzas ready if you wanted a certain slice like meat pizza. I would still go back, but maybe get my pizza to go and order ahead.

This was some really great pizza. I haven't been able to get a decent pizza since I moved to Arizona until now. I'm so glad we tried this pizza place. And the mozzarella sticks were very tasty.

Terrible service, I ordered a cookie with snow, I paid and they made me wait 30 minutes to tell me they didn't have snow!!

This visit I had sucked. I ordered my pizza at 1:30 pm and suppose to be ready in 45 minutes. Get there and they said that it would be another 20 minutes before my pizza was ready. I did not leave the restaurant until close to 3pm. So not happy. Plus my garlic bread was cold and the lady told me that she could warm it up but it would be a few minutes. Did not want to wait any longer. So I left pissed off.

Worst place to order from! I live 6 minutes from this place. Spent over $60 and have now been waiting an hour and 40 minutes for my food. Called and waited over 7 minutes on hold and heard the same thing “they’re on their way” heard that twice on the last 40 minutes. This place is a joke!

Very impressed with this Barro's Pizza location! Been going to Barros for years and was impressed with the speed, service, and the Store Manager checking on us throughout our dinner. The quality of the pizza has definitely improved recently and felt clean. Very impressed!
