don't ever come here or work here. the boss is rude and incompetent as well as hates all the employees and doesn't give af about anyone but herself and wife. i worked here from June 2023-January 2024 until I was fired after a rude customer came in, yelling at me and my coworker for being slow when we were in the middle of a rush, so I talked back to the woman ultimately leading to my WRONGFUL termination. there is never a manager in the store, just 2-3 underage teenage kids dealing with perverted old men and angry soccer moms. so many of my old coworkers have quit simply because of the way employees are treated at Baskin Robbins. i'm sorry but if someone is rude to me, a 17 year old child i don't care who you are i'm not letting it slide, whether i'm on the clock or not. this place is ugly and disgusting and so are the two women who "run" the store. thank u for listening to my tedtalk. also coldstone is way better.

Love Baskin Robbins ice cream. My favorite flavor is the Gold Medal ribbon. They have new flavors sometimes. This month they have the Apple Cider Donutice cream with apple cider flavored donut pieces and cinnamon sugarswirls. I thought it was good. But, I liked one of their other special flavors a little better. I never saw this flavor before, but it is now one of my favorites. The Sundae Funday Ice Cream flavor features a combo of vanilla and chocolate ice creams mixed with fudge swirls, crunchy chocolate dipped waffle cone pieces and rainbow sprinkles. So good! I would go more often if they always had this flavor available. I saw but didn't try the Game Night Ice Cream flavor. It is salted caramel ice cream with M&M'S MINIS, crunchy buttered popcorn flavored clusters, and a sweet-but-savory caramel pretzel flavored swirl. Service was fast. The place had a few groups of people in it. Someone else came in while I was choosing flavors. I was surprised that there were people there. Then again it is Arizona and it's hot so people need ice cream to cool down.

They have very nice servers, and they get orders out quickly. They have complentary cold water in a pitcher with paper/plastic cups. Also, they added a refrigerator with bottled water & soda. They do not have public bathrooms.

What an awful experience. Walked in and automatically was greeted by Ally rolling her eyes at us. My children were ordering their ice cream she goes to the register and says are you done yet all snotty. We said not yet one more another eye roll for the books. My mom pays and I said I'm sorry I need one more yet another greet with an eye roll. I asked do you take apple pay because on the register it says Google pay she's like we'll duh its the same thing then an eye roll again. Very unpleasant experience

" Seizetheyay ". Is the discount code for Sunday's icecream day and I was refused the $ 5.oo discount by the 2 girls behind the counter. Then I asked for a manager and they thought it was funny and said nope. I asked if they could just subtract the 5.00 since I was showing them the code they said there's not a button for that . SERIOUSLY ! TALK ABOUT INCOMPETENCE !!!!!!!!

Violet is an excellent member of y'alls team. I came in there on a mad dash to beat closing time. They greated me and were pleasant. Needed some daiquiri ice for the wife, they packed it in instead of just throwing some blobs in a container! Much appreciated ladies, you are the best!!!
Rude employees. The website says takeout...just last weekend we placed our order over the phone for pick up for a birthday, it was no problem. Today for some reason it's too much work to do that. She literally put the phone down and asked her manager if they could take three orders. The manager said no. We will take our business elsewhere. Perhaps this is why the store struggles...

Went in to get a ice cream cake and the place was packed with just one visible employee, Cortney, helping everyone. But during this experience I saw that she was courteous and respectful to everyone, while having a smile on her face. When it came down to my turn she offered to write on the cake even though it was still busy. Above and beyond, would definitely come back cause of how she presented herself.

Its a very hot day today so we decided to come to Baskin Robin after work! Pretty Good location, easier to find, around 5Pm we came by to grab a Jamoca after awhile craving! The girl who help us was extremely nice and friendly! Will come back and recommended
