The people who work here are really nice, but it's impressive how inconsistent their drinks are. I get the same thing every time, but it happens to look and taste different every time... I'm at the point where making it from home is less disappointing than spending the $8 on a mediocre drink.

Barista was friendly but seemed too busy to make my first visit worth while, the focus seemed on the drive thru. Had a hard time reading the menu, even with contacts on. Was hoping for recommendations since i told her it was my first visit. Ordered a peach black tea but it was gross and I couldn't drink half of it before I tossed it. Tons of flies inside which was bothersome. Would probably still try something else one more time or another location.

Just awful. Service was terrible. Coffee wasn't hot, asked for muffin NOT heated and they heated it. $15 worth of food and drink right into the trash. No, couldn't go back with it, had an appointment which we ran late for due to super slow, awful service. Are all Black Rock Coffee shops this bad? Loved the one on Crimson.

They might have good coffee, I couldn't tell ya.I went in, they had 3 cars in drive thru. I stood inside at the register for over five minutes with these chicks walking back and forth 5 feet from me, and not one of them greeted me, told me it would be just a minute, no communication. They are obviously not well trained.I eventually just left and drove over to Starbucks. Wasn't in the door 30 seconds and someone had already took my order, and they had about ten cars in drive thru.There were also two weird people in the lobby at black Rock that didn't have coffee or anything. Just strange.

We frequent Black Rock Coffee bars in Tucson and owning two private coffee shops in rural Arizona myself, we truly enjoy the quality of their craft beverages. “However”, when visiting this specific location we noticed that it was very, very dirty. The restrooms and counters were filthy, rags thrown on the floor to sop up what looked like an espresso machine drain issue in the customer side. Dirty toilets and sinks and seating area. That really says a lot. I dumped my drink on the way out the door. So sad…..
