I just experienced the most bizarre thing. When I ordered an horchata, I was asked if I wanted it with or without ice. “Without ice”, I said. I was charged extra for *not* getting ice. Not to mention, the horchata is not refillable. Save your money and drink unlimited horchata at Cafe Rio.

It’s your standard fast casual American Mexican food. Nothing spectacular. It’s a 7.5 on a 10 star scale. Nothing to go out of your way for.
