“For Paris (The best fogo server ever!)I’ve been to a Fogo De Chão about 8-10 times in my life. I’m from Chicago and the service is better there! The meat started coming out slow, maybe because our original server took 20 min to bring us our green/red medallions. In all honesty this fogo had the worst service, of the ones I’ve been to. We had a server to begin (not going to name) which didn’t really seem to care for our table of 4. The food was great, no complaints there. As the dinner went on we got switched to another server without us knowing. This wonderful server by the name of “Paris” began to come up asking us if we needed new plates, if we were satisfied so far, if there was anything she could get our do for us, and she went above and beyond! Everytime she came by she had a big genuine smile and seemed like she truly loved her job! It made my experience 10x better and to top it off she said that she had just started 7 days prior. Paris, I hope you read this! Your recommendation for the crème brûlée cheesecake was amazing. Your enthusiasm, professionalism and kind nature made our night! Keep doing what you’re doing. “the food needs to improve. A typical Brazilian restaurant that has cheese bread of not good quality. The meats are good, but the buffet needs better quality, several very fatty dishes and low replacement. Overall it is a good restaurant. And about the price, it's not a cheap restaurant by American standards.“
