Walked in after going through the drive thru to ask for some packets of butter ready to pay for them mind you. This young kid walks up with a airpod in one ear and has the drive thru headset on the other. I asked for a couple of packets and looks at me with this blank stair and replies with a Condescending tone and says packets of water? SMH.... I replied butter. He walk then proceeds to walk out of view and immediately comes back says there wasn't any. He didn't look. So unprofessional. I went to the Mcdonalds on ellsworth and baseline and got some butter.......

Ordered 2 whopper meals fries drinks and 2 HERSHEYS PIES. I paid for everything included the HERSHEYS Pies and they did not give me the pies. This is horrible customer service why did I pay for something I didn't receive.
