We went through the drive-thru, and it felt like we were being rushed through our order. We barely had enough time to glance at the menu to make any choices. The girl on the headset was rushing us through our order instead of waiting for us to decide. It was very rude of her. My husband barely got his order in before she clamored, "Is that all?" I still had to place my order. She didn't let us pause for a moment to even start the next part of it. I really like Burger King. I don't like being rushed through my ordering just to make quota when there was no one else behind us.

Oh my gosh, I love the manager here sapphire is one of a kind she goes above and beyond. She is so compassionate about what she does here and cares about her customers. It’s always clean. The bathrooms are super clean. She has a wonderful personality. Her attitude is so great, and she greets us with a smile all the time, we need more managers at Burger King like her if everybody Was so kind and caring like sapphire. The world would be a better place. Good job Burger King for hiring this lady. She’s one amazing lady. I love her positive mindset .

Bad service ,employees lock the doors while it’s supposed to open to dine in . While the only response an employee has “I can’t help you with that”. Store should shut down for retraining

I LOVE TYE This was the most amazing culinary experience of my life. Absolutely blown away by the incredible service. The worker, Tye, who helped was SO kind and respectful. He deserves a raise!! He made our food lickity split and made us feel so loved and welcome. I feel like a better person after this trip to BK. Spam the comments with "I love Tye". Thanks to Tye, at BK they TRULY have it your way!

My family and I had gone to this BK for a while, the other day we had an AMAZING experience due to two crewman both male. They excelled in service, attitude, willingness to please their customers & even helping them with coupons. But on Christmas Eve my family came back & were greeted with nothing short of ridiculous ridicule & a terrible tempered female GM. She was very rude when my lady and I tried input a coupon code she gawked at us. The male crew we experienced are angels amongst us, however the female GM was extremely rude, not well mannered, impatient & you could tell her other female crew member had a rough time dealing amongst such a cruel soul. I wish you well miss (to the nice female worker, you seemed really nice & like you're trying your best) but your boss needs an emphasis on why customer service is important. Cause the eerie feeling that female GM gives us preverse. No good vibes among her, but the male GM was legit amazing with his crew just as happy and well mannered as him. He was very helpful, nice, & professional and I believe he deserves recognition & as does the other one perhaps more as am underlying issue (the female GM). Good food when the happy crew are working and not Cruella Deville

McDonald's chicken nuggets are yucky now. Taste like cardboard. My daughter has very picky eating habits. The price at Burger King gor chicken nuggets is reasonable. They taste way better than McDonald's. I will be going there instead when in a hurry put and about busy doing things.
