Ordered food online and we were told it was being prepared thirty minutes ago. Waited another thirty minutes. Our order was then canceled and the store closed. What happened in those thirty minutes that you couldn’t prepare two burritos and a soft drink? We could have ordered from somewhere else in that time and we were looking forward to trying this place. Not a good look for a new restaurant.

I got the laguna burrito and was not disappointed whatsoever. This place lives up to its name, the carnitas were flavorful and juicy. Had to come in just before close and was greeted with a smile. My first time in and will definitely not be my last

I ordered from here for the first time today, and right away I knew it was very worthy of a 5 star review on Yelp. It's very decently priced, cheaper than all the Mexican restaurants I order from. The burritos and salsa were outstanding. So delicious. I can't wait to order from them again soon.

The service started out a bit disjointed. We were greeted promptly but they are server disappeared. Come to discover, they were not prepared for the crowd they received at this new location and had to call the owner to come help. We were fortunate enough to have him serve us and when they got things figured out, the service was excellent. Even that did not match the exceptional food we enjoyed. This is not your typical boring TexMex burrito with red sauce. The food was unusual and delightful. We started with Elotes and Huitlacoche Quesadillas. It was excellent but being billed as appetizers, we also ordered Rellenos and Tamales. We could have stopped with the appetizers as it was substantial and very tasty but we continued on with our main course and were not at all disappointed. We also had a very nice visist with the owner who served us and truly enjoyed the entire experience. Highly recommend Los Sombreros in Mesa and we will be back.

This is going to be my new go-to for a Burrito cravings fix! I have been trying a lot of take out lately during quarantine, and this one is a GEM. The whole family enjoyed their burritos. The meat is super flavorful and the ingredients and tortilla are high quality. I ordered the Wedge breakfast burrito and it was so filling, it was enough for two meals and kept me full all day. The horchata was a hit too! Their chips are perfectly salted and thin crispy. Great salsa, not too spicy or heavy on tomato. Try it, you will not be disappointed. I'm happy I found this place, it'll be a regular for us when we are in need of a hearty burrito.
How does this place only have 3 reviews? They must be new. The food from here is AMAZING. I got a breakfast Burrito and just...wow. Tortilla was amazing, loved the cheesiness, perfect amount of spinach in it, and just LOADED with creamy dreamy scrambled eggs and potatoes. Definitely will be a returning customer. I got an awesome salad from them as well--not sure what the dressing was, but it delicious. Thank you!

We tried this place while in town for a few days. The food was good & served hot. The rice in my burrito was a little stale but overall the food was so good, I'd definitely come back again! Guacamole was tasty and salsa was clearly fresh.

So good! We ordered delivery and had the San Carlos, Newport and a side of the corn salsa. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I especially enjoyed the sweetness of the mango in the San Carlos. Excited to have such a great spot nearby.
