I will NEVER set foot in this location again. I got there at 8 pm they aren't closed until 9. I was told they weren't taking any more orders as they had too many. I saw 2 customers sitting inside. They had 4 orders on the screen. I was told that it would be 10 minutes before they could take my order. Multiple customers were turned away stating they were closing. I decided to order online so they had no choice but to nake steak subs. This is piss poor customer service and the food was burnt.

I will genuinely not be coming here again and I will be requiring compensation. One of my sandwiches I couldn't eat and had to waste $10. I didn't get mayo, tomatoes, or pickles on my sandwich but I did get cheese which I specifically called and asked them to remove the cheese. I did forget to order it without cheese but I called and spoke to the manager and they said I wouldn't have to worry about it. Both meals were ordered with ranch (which is extra) but we didn't receive either things of ranch and my fries were so undercooked I also had to throw them away. One of the short female employees even checked the bags to make sure everything was good. The only things that were edible were the wings. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

I was very hungry and had been wanting to try Charley's cheesesteaks. Disappointing sandwich and fries. Very salty. Steak was dry. Bread was decent. No peppers or mushrooms or onions come on the sandwich. I definitely won't go back there. It was about 20 bucks for a regular sandwich, soda, and cheesy bacon ranch fries. The fries were so cheesy and salty I couldn't finish them. Go to Jersey Mike's instead. Get the #56 the big kahuna, which is a way better sandwich, in my opinion. Sorry, Charley, for a place that specializes in cheesesteaks, you are gonna have to do better to keep me coming back.

Never again we were in line waiting to place our order the cashier said I’m sorry but after the orders I took right now we are close I can’t take orders. It was 8:40 pm and they don’t close until 9 but apparently the 4 sandwiches that the customers ordered were already a lot of orders so they couldn’t take 2 more orders. I call that lazy people who don’t want to work

The staff where inattentive and not very friendly. I guess indifferent would be a better word. They need to learn how to acknowledge a person's presence even though they may be in the middle of a task or on their phone, and cannot help them immediately. Their saving grace was the food, which was served fresh, warm, and tasted melt in your mouth wonderful. They're kids, so hoping to have a quick learning curve when it comes to customer service. A nod and a smile go a long way. No eye contact and ignoring people at the counter is the kiss of death for a business.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space to maneuver a wheel chair, shopping cart, or baby stroller.

Horrible service and food. This Charley's is in unfortunately in a Walmart. I would not recommend this charley site to anyone, all 3 employees looked lost and like they didn't know how to do their job except for the smaller guy that was cooking, it was like there wasn't any management there to direct them because they really need it. I ordered through Uber eats and when I got there none of the employees were at the register or helping the customers but there was a long line it took about 17 minutes to just get help and my food that was sitting there getting cold because no one wanted to work the register. Please get some management and train your employees better, I would suggest everyone to not waste your time here. Mozzarella sticks were trash and overly salty, the sandwich was very salty, im just sure how you mess up some food this bad.
Food taste like leftover and it was not even hot. Beef was dry, tasteless and the whole sandwich is greasy.

Very bad experience… the girl who took my order was to busy talking to other employees to realize she needed to warm up cheese.. after waiting 10 minutes it came time to prepare my order but then I was told “ you have to wait some more time because we have to warm up your cheese.” I just asked for a refund and left..

The food was excellent, and I was surprised at the amount of food I got as I wasn't expecting so much. I ordered a regular sized chicken teriyaki combo. It was very flavorful. The fries were really crispy and delicious as well. It's definitely worth the price. Check it out.

Order wrong. Service bad. Had to drive back for the rest of my order and the young man who waited on me rifled thru the 1st bag dumping the fries all over the bag. Refused to replace them. And walked awayA young lady found the rest of my order and handed to me no apology. I was so upset I was in tears. By the time I got home the food was cold.Parking: It's in a Walmart.
