We ordered a dark chocolate devotion pie for Thanksgiving. It was the best! The wonderful person who waited on us was Tonya. She is always so professional and sweet. This pie is now our newest tradition for Thanksgiving.
Tonya L is awesome and she definitely goes out of her way for her customers!! My daughter wanted a Barbie ice cream but it was discontinued months ago so Tonya went out of her way to make the best version of the Barbie ice cream we tried so far. Definitely recommend going to Cold Stone when she is there you would not regret it!!!!!

Make the drive to the next location if possible... this particular location SUCKS!!!!I normally go to the location on Val Vista, but happened to be right by this one with some friends so stopped in and it was awful. Staff was absolutely rude. Refused to take my coupon (with no valid reason).
