I came in to order a custom cake and Marcus was extremely helpful and friendly! He helped me make decisions by giving great suggestions- he was attentive to detail and I was to pick it up in 2 days.When I arrived to pick my custom order up, I was happy to see Marcus again, he brought out my order, it looked great and everyone at the party really enjoyed it! The staff working here is super friendly and kind! However I've never been a big fan of cold stone to begin with! The only reason I came here is because of a friend's suggestion ! I find their prices completely outrageous and their products not very good. The coffee ice cream was particularly disappointing with barely any coffee taste in it.
