It's unbelievable how incompetent this store is. This time the ice cream instead of having brownie in it, it was like brownie powder had been mixes in. Disgusting. I had to throw it away because the texture was so off putting. Not one actual brownie chunk in the whole thing. The kids working there are clueless and act like the care absolutely zero.

You literally have one job. What is so hard about getting an order correct? We order through DoorDash with some frequency, and every time lately something is wrong. Either they send the wrong type, they leave items off, or both. This product is ridiculously expensive and we don’t mind paying but definitely don’t need the aggravation. – DoorDash been exceptional crediting us each time but it appears that Coldstone does not want our business. Shockingly poor customer service

I've been purchasing ice cream and cakes from Cold Stone for almost 20 years. This location by far makes the best cakes and ice cream. Their cakes always very fresh and full of toppings.This year alone we've purchased four cakes and likely we'll get a few more before the year is out. These have been the best cakes we have purchased in all the time we've been customers of Cold Stone.So far this year we've custom ordered a peanut butter playgroung with Kit Kats small rectangle, mint Oreo and brownie small rectangle, peanut butter playground but with cookie dough ice cream and brownie in small rectangle, and a ready-made cake.Unfortunately, about 2 years ago the prior owner of this location, told me they would no longer take custom cake orders so they recommended another store. At the time, It was okay for me because I had moved further away from this location. But it was a huge disappointment as their cakes were almost all ice cream and no toppings, despite all the extra add-on charges they billed me.This year, I had decided to stop ordering all together from Cold Stone. But my son has always had a Cold Stone cake for his birthday and it's like a tradition, so I decided to give this location a call, since new ownership. Because of the quality and great customers service they will have all my business. By far these owners and location is the best.Please don't change the way you are doing things!!

This store obviously needs more room! We were sitting toward the back of the dining area when we noticed a movable partition immediately behind us. I peeked through the outside margins and saw what looked like a working area. It wasn't very tidy. So they are cutting down the customer's area in order to have more room for themselves.

Slow service and lots of attitude from the employees. At one point, I was paying for my ice cream and an employee sprays down the glass front. He was a bit overzealous and sprayed me and my ice cream as well. When I said I did not appreciate that and that they needed to remake my ice cream I got so much attitude. Apparently it was my fault for standing at the register to pay for my order and a little poison in my food is the price I pay. Won't be going back.

This location is amazing and accommodating for food allergies! I have both a peanut and tree nut allergy, and the staff has no problem going to grab fresh utensils and mixing up a safe concoction for me. I've been frequently this location since it opened and love going every few months for a treat. This location is by far the friendliest I've been to in the state of Arizona!

The service was ok, my main issue was that the ice cream was stringy and didn't taste like anything. It made my throat feel like it was filled with mucus and it just didn't taste sweet or anything enjoyable. Compared to my past visits this was the first time i've been there in years and it was truly a let down compared to what i remember it being worth. Also the pricing was ridiculous 14 dollars for 2 of the SMALLEST sizes.
