As Arby's slogan goes, "Arby's, We Have The Meats!"You’re probably wondering why I would bring that up even though this review is for Costa Vida. The reason I said that is because when you think of that slogan, you automatically assume there's going to be "meat" in or with your meal.Tonight, I did a mobile order for two Sweet Pork salads (assuming I would get what I paid for). Unfortunately, I got about an ounce of meat in the entire salad. For the staff, please don't skimp out on the meat! The Sweet Pork is the best part of the meal!!!Besides the negative experience I had tonight, I will still recommend this location. The food is good, the interior/exterior is clean and the staff are friendly. I just wouldn’t recommend doing a mobile order.

Puts Cafe Rio to shame. Cafe Rio has the audacity to charge more for less food than what you get here. The queso is better, the chips are better, they are more generous with portions. (They don’t skimp on the pico) More of the ingredients seem to be made in house unlike cafe rio. The queso also seems to be authentic unlike the salty nacho cheese plastic Cafe Rio serves yuck!

This place actually starts taking orders at 11:15 not 11am. Customer beware. Wasted 10 mins of my lunch waiting. Please change your hours please. Food is excellent though.

We got there for lunch at 11:15am. They weren't even ready to serve. They looked like they just opened. It wasn't very apitizing seeing that most of their meat products are heated and poured out of a bag. Along with all their sauces. Very highly processed food. For the price, go to a sit down Real Mexican food restaurant.

I ordered through a third-party vendor- Well where to start... Obviously the concern is usually if the food is late, but in this case the food was 30 minutes earlier than the time scheduled for delivery. Which also meant the food was here 30 minutes prior to the meeting it was scheduled to go with, which made for awkward coordination. I told the girl she was really early and she just continued unloading while looking at me confused and saying "No....". The food arrived in Ziploc bags in a cooler. That's right.... Ziploc bags. Which were dumped into serving trays, on our kitchen counter. I paid an additional $1.50 per serving for shredded beef and I'll tell you that the ziploc bag was at least 2/3 liquid. Several employees noted to me the massive visual discrepancy in quantity of chicken to beef. Which was embarrassing. While the girl was here pouring our food out of bags, I asked about corn tortillas since I had ordered a mixture of flour and corn. There was a huge language barrier, because when I asked which one of the packages of tortillas were corn (knowing none of them were) her answer was "Umm... No...". She made a call and then just said "No... Sorry". When she finished pouring the bags and was heading to leave, I looked at her and said "Yeah, this is not good" she laughed started heading towards the door and told me to "Have good day". I contacted ezCater, which were excellent addressing my concerns and contacting the caterer- My problem was how Costa Vida proceeded to handle the poor execution of our order. They offered a $40 discount on our total for the tortilla mishap but said they pre-portion the meat and we got what we got. Not acknowledging why, we got shredded beef soup with maybe 1/3 of the meat we should have had. The portions seemed very inaccurate. I always make it a point to order more than the anticipated headcount and this meal, there wasn't even enough food for me to actually eat. I personally will never order from here again.

Manager knows how to sit- while his workers work their butt off . Catering order for 40 LATE- line backed up! Bad bad manager style!

I have been a big fan of Costa Vita for years. since I first tried it in Utah. I had the grilled chicken salad at this location. The salad dressing tasted watered down but other than that, it was very good. My daughter had the tortilla soup and chips with queso. The queso was quite thin, not as sick as it has been in the past. It seems like they are cutting back on their quality which was a disappointment.

Everytime we come here, there's no line but we wait 10 minutes while they do online orders and we sit and stare at them. Wouldn't recommend going in person. Hoped today would be different, but always the
