Whoever is the one taking orders at the drive thru is rude. I live just minutes away from this location but I will never ever come to this Dunkin ever again. Every single time is an issue. Bad service horrible coffee served. I don’t recommend this location! Need to swipe out employees and hire all new.

I come to Dunkin a lot esp in the a.m. i have been treated properly each time. Today i went to the drive thru and the lady attitude was piss poor. Truely Sad ~ quite aggressive, wouldn’t give me a total for my actual order I had to come to the window even though I wanted to change my order depending on price, then when I asked how much a chai tea would be she didn’t tell me she just added it to the order. Then I explain what I wanted and her attitude truly deserving of being fired. If she had kids and a family she obviously doesn’t care about that by the way she spoke to me because she won’t keep a job too long acting like that. Huffing and puffing saying good lordWhen some one wants to know the total price and price of a chai tea she made something so simple become an issue. I will follow up with a call to her manager because I have been treated that way and she thinks there’s is a rationality to her behavior. Better of just finding a new person because her behavior was trash not the first time but the first time to me. I am glad when I don’t get her

Terrible location. No idea what the orders were once we arrived at the drive thru window. Kindly told them the orders and they were very disrespectful. This location needs better management. Rude employees and terrible coffee.

$4 for a medium a coffee now, dunkin is no longer the affordable coffee for the working class it likes to advertise as. Go get yourself a subscription to circle k and get 30 coffees for $11 instead.

This place sucks. They scan your app and take your points and then tell you it didn’t go through. Don’t get your point back. Manager is clueless and just blames it on being a third party app. If it’s a third party app then take your name off of it. Poor service, bare minimum effort. I’ll just make my coffee at home going forward. Dunkin used to be great. Now it’s trash like every other corp out there.
