I ordered 3 chicken tacos. When I was half way through the first taco ? I noticed a piece of chicken on the plate. It was pink. I'll admit I have no idea how to cook. So I went up to the register and asked the lady about the pink chicken. She went in back and brought the chef out and I asked about the pink chicken taco. I asked because I really didn't know. He had an attitude about it and said something about tomatoes ?. I didn't eat anymore of the pink chicken tacos. I could be wrong but I don't think I should eat pink chicken.

Wow. The best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had! They are large and stuffed full! Just went through the drive through to get it, and service was fast! Their red and green sauces both rock! Most definitely will be back to try more menu items!

In a city full of Mexican fast food, El Metate is a step above. I stop in for breakfast or lunch when I'm in the area. Wish they were a little closer to my work.

If could rate 0 stars, definitely would. Service was off. Charged for wrong item and tried to blame him... food looked disgusting and tasted just as bad. Ground beef was burnt and sat in a hot pan all day then served up. The chicken had a green color. Wasn't even about to touch that. Go at your own risk. 16 bucks for nasty. Rice was dry. Refried beans were the only thing that tasted semi ok.
