Crazy..under new management. Prices 1/3 higher, sizes 1/3 smaller. Breakfast burro $12.53???? Paid it then when I got it and it's the size of my hand!!!! Crazy. Worst filibertos ever.....Stay away!!!!

Worst carne asada burrito I've ever ate had fat inside the meat a lot of fat not some fat alot of fat the burrito fell apart in my hands cuz it was so soggy with grease went back and told them that I was not satisfied and they said that I was the only one that complained. Did not even offer me my money back.?

Visited 8/2/23 to get a Burrito. The male cashier was rude and refused to answer questions about the additions. When asked how much to add cheese I was told $2.00. I was stunned so I asked twice mote and he then told me it would be two dollar 20 cents and that's it so do ypu want or not. Needless to say I did not get the chance to try the food. Poor customer service is a no go for meI did not deserve to be treated so rudely

This location has gotten my order wrong every time I've been here. I've attempted to give them the benefit of the doubt and continue to return, but the slow pace of the establishment makes me think that they would attempt to get our order right, but I have continued to be disappointed. Especially being the only people in the establishment. The employees have been blunt and unwelcoming. Sadly we will no longer be giving them our business and only hope that they can do better for the rest of the community.

Food was under cooked. Guacamole tasted like water, bad service, do not recommend.
The location was clean. No one spoke English so communication was difficult. I ordered their green chili pork burritos and it was almost dangerously too hot. Had heart burn for three days. I am not new to eating green chili or other Mexican food. Just a warning.

Arrived at 8:10 on a Saturday and an employee from inside turned us away motioning to us that they were closed. The door sign, yelp and google all said they are open until midnight.

I wouldn't even give these damn new owners 1 star. Lying about their hours of operation, just ridiculous!!!! Don't even waste your time on this place. It says they are open til 12am it is 8:49 pm and they are closed l! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!

My son came here to eat while waiting to be picked up last year. He trains and teaches at a Gym in the shopping center across the way. He placed a $4000 gold chain in his wallet while training. While eating here at Filbertos as he frequently did, his wallet containing his gold chain (bought for his birthday years prior) and Air pods slipped out of his gym shorts while seated at the booth closest to the door. The view is easily viewable for employees. The restaurant was completely dead inside while he was there. We reached out via phone inquiring if anyone turned in his wallet (no one did) we also inquired if we could obtain a video of who picked up the wallet. We received no callback or help. The employees here are shady. Be careful.
