Order online at 10:45 on March 20,2024, online said it would be ready by 11:20. Was there by 11:15 and went up to counter to let them know I was here to pick up my order. They tell me they had a catering order of 45 pizza and that it will be 20 minutes or more before they even start on my order. The lady didn’t even blink when she stated and what’s worse they did not offer to get my pizzas done now since I’m there or offer any discount for having to wait well pass the time I was supposed to get my food. I asked to cancel it and she said they couldn’t cancel an online order I had to do it online. I went online and it wanted me to call their place or email them. I show it to the lady explaining it seems they need to do it, they had to call their manger (meaning no manger or assistant manger was there to help any customers with issues). They came back saying the manger needs my order number, phone number and name and the manger would call the owner to get the refund.Very poor management and handling of catering orders while still taking walking and other orders online. I do not blame the normal workers but the owner and management.

This place can't seem to get it together. I've had orders wrong, orders late, sloppy pies, uncut pies and even seen employees vaping inside. I know it's hard to get food service staff nowadays, but honestly these kids need some adult supervision. Clearly, there is no quality control or management. Mod is way better by leaps and bounds.

Convenient location right next to my school & home, used to love stopping by to grab a quick bite to eat, I will not be returning though. I placed a pick up order, arrived at the designated time to wait for another 30 minutes. I watched many people order and get their pizzas, then the worker hands me the wrong pizza. Stated that mine was actually still in the oven, I could see they didn’t actually make it till they realized they gave me the wrong order. If I wanted to wait forever for pizza, I would order from a normal pizza place. I ended up waiting almost an hour for one undercooked pizza.

I ordered online, arrived on time, and it took 50 minutes after I arrived to receive my order. I watched as six people made their orders in person and walked out with their orders before mine was fulfilled.Yes I went to the counter when I arrived and let them know I was there for pickup.Terrible service.

Great thin crust pizza made to order by you right in front of you. Wonderful salads, you pick the ingredients with a delicious basalmic vinegar eaten. Enjoy!Vegetarian options: As said, pick your own toppings and they have everything!Parking: Tons of parking!!

I have been to this Fired pie plenty of time and my order is always made like I asked. And even they mess up my order they are always willing to correct the error but I always get my ordered right. I am disturb by the comment of Stacey Frye because if she had a problem she should have just taken her order back but apparently she kept it so it must of been good enough to not return. Just another person looking for free stuff and put bad reviews so she can get something free. I can’t stand people like that.

My son and I always enjoy Fired Pie pizza. The food was amazing. We got the party cookie too and it was the perfect competition for the meal. The table we sat at could have used some TLC, but not a big deal.
