We've never had to wait that long for the service here for an initial greeting; usually someone comes up within the first minute of being sat down.

I usually love dining at First Watch and have always appreciated the food and experience. However, I’ve noticed a decline in the quality at this location. We visited around 1 PM when it wasn’t busy, yet it took a very long time for our food to be served. When it finally arrived, the food was cold and felt like it had been sitting out for quite some time. I hope this can be addressed, as I’d love to continue enjoying meals here as I have in the past.

Horrible!!! Sat down for 10mins and nobody cared to come and say anything. Bad vibes when Me and my wife walked in. No person of color in sight. Everyone looked at us as if we were out of place. So much for living in a million dollar home community and getting treated like this. Will definitely let everyone we know about this place.

I had to write this review because the food was not really my cup of tea, BUT this was the first restaurant to EVER give me perfectly cooked "dippy" eggs!!!! Service was great and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I would say this is more of a health food restaurant. But all in all, I was very impressed. Definitely not your neighborhood Denny's (thank goodness).

Taking THREE, YES 3, 20-people phone orders during brunch rush is ridiculous (overheard them explaining that's why so slow) Then telling people kitchen is busy and to wait while they feed people who aren't even there... worse. Oh, you've been waiting 30 minutes? We're just going to put these orders in ahead of you and have you wait longer. Feel sorry for the wait and hostess staff.
