Food was delicious, and service is always exceptional! I believe it was the manager, but he came around to us and made sure we were doing okay, and was very helpful with getting waters and the code for the restroom. Will definitely be back!

I got a chamoyada it was very good, but what made me give 3 stars was due to the staff there. I was so excited to try fruitilandia for the first time and I came in there was no other customers except me. I was expecting at least a hi from one of the 3 workers there. I walk up the counter and the cashier just looks at me without saying anything, doesn’t say hi doesn’t say how can I help you, what can I get you, nothing. So all I say is “chamoyada” she says what size and I say what size and I pay and thats it. It was a very awkward transaction. I didn’t feel a warm welcome at all and will not be back to this location, I’ll give another location a go and hopefully the workers there are nice. It’s literally so easy to be nice or at least professional, which these ladies were not.Edit: thank you to the owner for reaching out, unfortunately I am not sure how to message your google account directly but if you have an email or some direct line to reach you please let me know

Yesterday me and my family bought two orders of chicken tender and cueritos that was our last meal for the night once we got home three hours later after eating the food we started throwing up ! We woke up with body aches ,nausea and diarrhea!! Idk if the food wasn’t cooked correctly or it was expired but dear lord it hurts me seeing my 4 and 6 year old throw up non stop crying in pain!!! If the pain don’t stop we will have to go to the hospital

I had ordered nacho and cheese. My nachos was soggy with cheese. I called at 8:38 PM a female answered the phone, I asked for the manager she then gave the phone to another female who was very RUDE she aids they are closing soon so what do I want. I asked her I need to speak to someone in charge, she said no manager, no one is in charged. So I asked her who’s the person that is closing the store. She said what do you want, I asked her for her name she said I don’t need to know her name so I told her about my nachos that are soggy she said come back and get your refund. I said her for her name so I can say who answered her name; she said her name is Emily and to say Emily told me to get a refund on my nachos and cheese with jalapeño . I told her thank you and hung up the phone.This was the rudest experience to have I had just went to the store the night before and had very good service. Then come back tonight to experience this is not good for customer service.

The owner is rude. I was trying to feed a homeless guy that came into the restaurant. He said no because a homeless people are disgusting. And then we're not allowed to feed them because more welcome into his restaurant and they won't leave and they make it stink.
