I order pick up. I arrived shortly after the food had said ready. I was then asked to wait which I thought was strange. I watched a lady come back into the restaurant with a bag of food. The lady said this wasn’t her order and asked for her correct order. The worker took the food behind the counter and proceeded to get the ladies correct order. The worker then proceed to try to give me the bag of food the lady had just brought back from her car.

Apparently half your oder is cabbage.. for what I paid was ripped off on a meal, very little protein and size of meal was poor. Better off going to Panda unless you like cabbage. FYI meal will look amazing until protein si move than realize you were robbed of a meal.

Me & the wife decided to try this Hawaiian spot. We regret coming here. It says Hawaiian food but there was nothing Hawaiian about it. We should've went to Aloha Kitchen, the macaroni tasted nothing like the original and usually all the other Hawaiian restaurants pack your plate with food this one barely had anything. Another thing was the customer service I went up to ask for teriyaki sauce and soy sauce and got an attitude now it was me & my wife and I got 1 little packet so I asked for another one and that's when the attitude came out like I was bugging her or something. Anyway we won't be back.

Ordered for pick-up and it was ready pretty quick! You can't mess up hawaiian bbq and this place hits the spot! I mostly wanted to order here for the kalua pork and lau lau!Other spots offer them on certain days but this place has them all the time! Good quality meats and cooked perfectly!

The last 2 times I’ve tried to come here for lunch they were closed. The first time was at 11:45am, guess that’s too early tho think about lunch so I had to go somewhere else. Today I remembered they opened after noon so came by after 1pm and they are close for Labor Day even though it’s Saturday. Guess I won’t come back cuz who knows if they will be open and I’ve wasted too much time and gas the last couple times

I usually go to the Chandler location. However I think this one has better food, the Lau Lau tasted fresher. The only place I can find this on the menu except L&L which wasn't very good here in AZ.

I have been here quite a few times over the years. My last meal was ordered through Uber Eats. I ordered the fried shrimp meal, and very much enjoyed it! The meals come with white rice and macaroni salad. The shrimp was nice and crispy, and the macaroni salad is always tasty! I also had the Thai tea, very good! Check it out next time your in Mesa!

Man I was so disappointed with everything but the taste of the food, I paid 65 dollars for 3 plates of food which is RIDICULOUS. I thought to myself well I’m sure they give u a lot of food which is y it’s so expensive…….maannnnn tell me y I opened it and found 2 little pieces of chicken a small portion of beef and a tiny rib with mostly fat!!!! To top it off they charged me 3.50 extra for teriyaki sauce!! I highly recommend ONO Hawaiian bbq, much much cheaper and ALOT MORE FOOD…plus they don’t charge u extra For teriyaki sauce, u can pump as much as you’d like!!

This is the best Hawaiian teriyaki ever, I absolutely love how they make their food. They even have curry, and musubi, and just about everything in-between. The people are very friendly, and it's very mellow inside. The decor is also great, I recommend this place hands down. Dang good food!!!
