I’m mad I even stopped in…. I got the Benedict, the hollandaise was lukewarm, eggs overcooked, bacon overcooked, avocado on the side lol WHY? My potatoes woulda been goooood, but they were also cold.My guy got French toast the cinnamon kind, that’s diabetes on a plate. It was so damn sweet. He got lukewarm scrambles and cold cheese on top with some burnt bacon.The hostess was rude, servers were just bland ….Won’t be back.

Well very disappointed!!! My food was notCooked like literally raw veggies!! And they charged my two year old 3.50 cents for a half a cup of Chocolate milk!! Everything we ordered was cold and for those prices you would think we would get good food!! Told server about it she said do you still want it and still charged us for the cold food not happy and will not be coming back unfortunately!!! Furthermore as a server for 21 years I have never had a table complain and the manger not come to see what was wrong not a good way to run a business!!!Kid-friendliness: No kid friendliness feels like they would rather not have children here

The skillet plate had raw vegetables, the biscuits and gravy were served cold. The server was great but the cooks are burning their tips by pushing food out the window that is less than quality. This used to be a great place to eat. Hopefully they fix the cook problem. No management even showed up after the complaint... Is there one?

This is a must when you visit Scottsdale, or Phoenix! It was the first place we went when we landed in Phoenix. They have the biggest pancake you've ever seen! And they have pizza boxes so you can take the leftovers. Totally worth it! The staff was super friendly, and it's got a laid back country theme. Just really comfortable and fun.

DO NOT COME HERE. If you're looking for good service and an honest staff this is not the place. The blonde guy with a mullet that works with the tickets was rude and was gaslighting us after we brought up an hour long wait for them to even remember we had ordered. The reviews about the wait and the service being terrible were true. Also the food was bland and the flavor was not worth the wait. Save yourself the grief and go to Cracker Barrel.
We loved it! People were friendly, the Coup was clean, and the food was delicious! The huge pancake was a hit with my daughter. So happy we were finally able to try this place.

We came because of all the great reviews, but unfortunately it was the first and last time we’ll come here. They didn’t give us silverware when our food got there. They told us they didn’t have knifes at all to cut the huge pancakes, only take out disposable ones (which we asked for but didn’t get) so we had to just use our hands. Had to use take out containers for extra plates. The syrup was so watered down, you couldn’t even taste it. The other dishes (breakfast burrito and Santa Fe omelette) were pretty bland. It was a Sunday so it was very busy so I understand the overworked staff, but not even having silverware or syrup?!

The service here is really good. There wasn't any wait. The ambiance here is it great you aren't crammed into anybody. And the food here was really good. They had so many options and everything looked good. The pancakes are huge but everything is priced pretty well.

What a great find! Great service, friendly and attentive staff. Excellent food. Our table had a short stack of pancakes that were short as requested but as wide as a chop plate! Leftovers goin a pizza size box. Also had a Reuben sandwich- well made and lean.
