Place has gone down hill. Was there yesterday and there was hair in multiple foods. They were collecting people's money and letting them wait in thw building blocking the exit. No was in or out of the building, and line out the door. Plates had food debris. We won't be returning.

Food was very mediocre. But above all our waitress was very rude. Before we even got up to leave she said “you pay with cash and leave no tip”. Well now we weren’t gonna leave a tip.

We went there hoping to get crab legs and found they serve them only on certain days of the week, so we didn't get any. The atmosphere was run down/ old. The Asian cuisine served wasn't good. With that said, I didn't try the hibachi grill. What I did like was the salad bar.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking. The hostess are very kind at making sure that if you have any kind of restrictions or need special accommodations that they will make sure that happens.

The food was so fresh and fantastic. Because it was Easter Sunday, it was packed, but we didn't have to wait to long. They had everything you could want, fresh Sushi, crab and the fresh grilled food. The food was reasonably priced for the amount of food they have. Definitely will go again!!! Thank youKid-friendliness: There were kids everywhere, and they also had highchairs.

I enjoyed the food overall. Reason it was not 5 star the hibachi grill was good, but there’s room for improvement. I think seasonings could be more diverse, but it’s good for the Valley. I’m just comparing with other buffets I’ve experienced nationwide. Same with sushi. Just wish they had squid.Egg foo young is decent. Past egg foo young’s are often overcooked and dry with no flavor. There’s foo young’s were close to moist and the oil with the texture just hits right. Almost my favorite egg foo young at a buffet.No crab legs or steak. Their ice cream is good by plastic container standards. The kids won’t be disappointed with vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. No twist ice cream unfortunately.Good, but not great, salad bar if you’re watching your Keto diet.Desserts also include small square decadent cakes (coffee, chocolate, and sometimes vanilla). Can’t go wrong with tapioca pudding too.TL;DR food good for buffet, but don’t expect Las Vegas. We love to come here when we're in Pheonix. There are many great food choices and my husband loves the hibachi chefs. They grill up excellent bowls that never get wasted! My daughter loves the fresh sushi. It's usually quite busy, but the staff are very attentive and constantly restocking the buffet. Thank you for this great place.
