I was literally here an hour ago and was crucially not acknowledged and ignored more than four times. They kept serving the people that were behind me in line and I got ignored so badly. I felt very humiliated because a bunch of customers noticed the situation and no employee still bothered to acknowledge me so I decided to walk away. I felt very racial profile being the only Hispanic in line at the moment.

I absolutely LOVE it here! The staff are always so kind and friendly. The ONE downside is the drive thru. There is no smooth transition through the parking lot for the rest of the shopping center into drive thru. Cars get blocked in, and people don't know which direction to drive out. It's chaotic and makes it difficult to park in the actual diner lot. Especially for those with handicap plates.

The drive thru line was long but everything moved VERY quickly. Manager Pat was training an employee while taking orders. This did not effect service in the least. He was calm, straightforward and on point while training. Great job to the whole place. Order was perfect, not a complaint to be found!
I love a clean restroom. It doesn't have to be fancy. But it really does need to be clean. And this one is! We always ask for extra pickles on our Cheeseburgers. Being able to see them as they make your fresh French fries is fun too! And the employees are always very courteous and helpful. And I love that they have Bible verse references on each food wrapper! Kudos In-N-Out Burger!!!

Got there right as they opened. Our burgers were perfect. Sat outside on one of the umbrella beaches. Even our pup got her own patty this time. Always a great value.
