That being said, my family and I were disappointed with the lack of flavor/seasoning. The hacienda hash bowl had unexpected fries in it (which typically would have sent us in a spiral of cross-contamination fear but no issue at this place… just odd?) and was rather flavorless outside of the beef. The BLAT was pretty standard, I guess (can’t expect too much of a flavor punch there), but the chicken salad sammy was basically mayo and chicken- not sure if they forgot to add ingredients here or if this is typical, but no spices, veg, vinegar detected. Even the aioli was lacking in flavor. The fries were great, the staff was pleasant and the atmosphere is nice but I think this place could bring in a lot more business with some spice.

First off, the food is delicious. The seating and atmosphere are pleasant, and the staff are warm and friendly. I don't have any significant food allergies personally, but would happily eat at Intentional Foods regularly. But my wife and young nieces have multiple severe food allergies, and it makes eating out a challenge (and my brother's family just skips eating out most of the time). It's such a relief to know what you order is safe for everyone, and you could see the delight in my nieces' reactions to be included, get to order their favorites, indulge in dessert, etc.Dietary restrictions: If you suffer from a top 8 food allergy, I can't recommend Intentional Foods enough. They have a binder listing every single ingredient, the staff is conscientious about the importance of food safety for those with dietary restrictions, and they carry several brands of snacks that we hadn't been previously aware of, and will now look for.
