They get five stars for fast food. Not real food. They have the best cokes at the drive through. Inside they suck. They have the new machine inside and the mix is off tastes nasty. But the drive through coke machine is perfectly calibrated and tastes like a coke should. They are way over priced! $3 for a large coke come on! I know Biden turned dollars into pennies but Jesse. The service is fast and the food has managed so far... to stay as good as always even with Biden in office. McDonald's has not managed to pull that off so my hat is off to the buyers at Jack in the box. BTW bring back the delicious Italian deli trio you used to have I loved that. Miss it

The person working was rude and not nice I went here a few times but the girl with glasses was extremely nice and was very helpful. The other workers need a course on customer service....

Drive thru, made me wait at menu, then come up to window and back up to trip the timer because you’re moving at a snails pace. When I did t do it, you slapped everything together in a tiny bag and were nasty when you gave it to me. Terrible service! Shame on management!

We just waited 15 minutes for two tacos. The employee who was dressed like a shift manager was two busy sending emojis on her cell phone to provide decent customer service.

Not here to complain about food. I love their food. I am here to complain about the fact I waited an HOUR for a job interview. I understand places get busy. But no one talk to me the whole HOUR I was there. No “I’m sorry we are busy” or anything. The manger on duty that I spoke to made eye contact with my on mutiple occasions and didn’t say nothing. How are y’all hiring but can’t take 10 minutes to interview people. I even tried to call multiples times to set up a different time for an interview and each time NO ONE picked up. Disappointed

I would've given it 5 stars but I didn't get any ranch sauce. I ordered tacos and was only given 4 hot sauce packets and no ranch. You should always get ranch when ordering tacos. It might seem a bit petty of me but that's my opinion. Other than that it was great.

Jack in the box is a classic... So the food being good, is always a safe bet... What set this one apart for me is the employees. I usually only go late at night, and the drive thru employees are super friendly. You're treated like someone who is appreciated versus like just another annoying customer... Refreshing to feel like that again!
