Went through the drive up window to get breakfast. Wound up with a handful of hot sauce that I didn’t want. I told the girl getting my order NO SAUCE . I got sauce anyway. The people readying orders need to listen to people. No sauce means no sauce.

I didnt know we had to cook our own tacos plus my order was wrong.Now you know door dash cant look in the bags while sealed you guys put a sticker on the bags so its not there fault they get order wrong tacos was not

If you only knew

The food was handled (fries scooped and served) by a guy with an open, bleeding wound on the side of his hand. The manager didn't take me seriously at first then admitted some guys had just left for the day and maybe it was one of them. I am so disgusted.

I’ve had trouble with many jack in the box locations over the years. So much that I’ve written them off entirely. To my surprise this location had fantastic food and service. I even came back and had the same great experience as last time. Truly a remarkable location. I’ll be returning but only to this location.

Holy hepatitis, well I guess going through drive through prevents you from seeing the “show” maybe I came on an odd night but wow, it won’t let me upload the video of a blue haired woman attempting to to refill the soda dispenser. Slightly entertaining however I may have been drinking what she was attempting to do something with. The door wouldn’t close when she was done. And she tried to close it. A lot.Another guest was there waiting longer than I was, 15-20 min, who walked up to the counter and asked about his order, apparently we ordered the same exact thing. Kinda weird but,eh. And watching some of the people that have handled my money then food then some other stuff. Just curious if they washed there hands after hitting the pipe. And lord I wish they were smoking weed. All I can say is zing zing. I asked the blue haired lady for a refund, they offered me the food and a refund, gonna pass. Hard pass after watching the “show”. All I can say is wow, won’t be eating there for at least a year and before I do I will be going in first.If you wonder why you have bowel issues and eat at fast food with sketchy people making your food. Well here is your sign.Don’t eat here unless it’s during day light and you go inside to to see the “show” before you eat here.

We went to get something to eat after helping my father in law move around some boxes from his storage unit. The food was excellent, and the cashier made sure to tell us how soon it would be out to us because they were kind of busy.

I was in the drive thrift through and the manager came out from the kitchen area with gloves on and a piece of cheese in her left hand. She was pointing something out on the menu to the window cashier and even went outside with her obviously looking for a customer while the entire time the manager STILL has the piece of cheese in her hand. The window cashier was obviously distraught because she was crying, meanwhile I still had not received my change. The younger female bagging up the food obviously didn't want to be there. She handed me my food and when I asked for a receipt she grabbed it from the register, abruptly handed it to me and slammed the drive up window without saying anything. No customer service whatsoever!!!

The food out of this location for some reason is just NOT that good. Tacos are always soggy and all of the other items can be similar, cold, or just not good. Place can use a deep cleaning and staff needs to make sure to pay attention to the dining hall as there were no sodas in 75% of the machine, no straws, no lids, no ice, tables were filthy and floor and bathroom was just something words can't explain. Staff is young and super friendly though
