They have forgotten to give me part of my order so many times I feel like an idiot every time I go back. Forgot to give me half my order once, forgot to give me Boba in my drink and this last time I had a BOGO coupon so I guess they thought they only needed to give me one. I'm done.

I don’t even care if we were made to park and wait - I get it. But the food made us sick. My kid even said his tasted bad - which makes me sick anyway - but then we had food poisoning after. Uh… gross.

No line in drive thru, but girl taking orders asked me to park. She did not greet me, not did she apologize for making me wait. Once she brought my food handed it to me and walked away. I checked the bags, ALL 4 of the chicken sandwiches were over cooked. I asked them to re-make them. They were not happy about it. Not one time apologized. I think managers name is "Marelino" They were most likely lying. Every employee (3) at this location on Monday night 03/11/24 Were rude and completely unprofessional. For the amount we as customers pay for fast food it should be fresh the way we order.

So I use the drive thru and ordered their three piece egg roll menu item. Specifically three so as not be confused with one egg roll which they also have. I get home and discover that not only did I have 3 orders of three but was charged for them as well, to the tune of almost $20. I have to take some of the responsibility for this fiasco by foolishly trusting in average competence. In as much as it was only mile away it wasn't that much of an issue until it was that is. I walk inside with the food and receipt in hand and was waited on by a woman who was clearly the one worked the window. I explained the situation and much to my chagrin she wasn't having any of it. She became belligerent and combative insisting she was right and I was wrong. I guess the motto here is the customer is always wrong? I couldn't fathom how she could know how hungry I was and what I ordered because clearly I was either mistaken or had somehow forgot. Looking for clarification, I inquired if she indeed was saying she had no intention of giving me a refund. She wisely summoned the manager sensing that her answer to my question wasn't going to somehow make me realize I needed to accept responsibility, apologize and leave immediately. Good thinking. I couldn't understand why this had become such an issue unless she has a long history of general stupidity and one more gaffe meant the end. The manager handled it well and issued me an immediate refund. Giving me the extra egg rolls for my inconvenience (and her insolence) was a missed opportunity. I guess throwing them in the garbage made more sense. As I drove home I chuckled to myself wondering what would happen if she worked at KFC and someone ordered 12 chicken nuggets or better yet an 18 piece bucket of chicken.

Every single time I come to this Jack-in-the-Box location I usually order tacos and they are always soggy and taste like they've been pre-fried every other Jack-in-the-Box location I've been to other than this one has way better food as well. As far as the onion rings go the jumbo Jackand the curly fries and just to wait for this food that taste like they don't change out the grease or clean up the grills takes a long time to get to you. I will not be coming here anymore...

I love Jack in the box but this location has horrible staff our order of 8 tacos took 40 min to come out but when it came out they never called out the order so we were just patiently waitingSo ofc tacos soggy and cold disgusting ?

The drive thru seems as if they have you pull up in front of the restaurant so they can have good numbers for corporate. I wouldn’t care about faking times if the fries weren’t cold dry and hard. If you want to impress the bosses with fast times, make sure the food corresponds with it. I used To work fast food, you have to be a complete fool to hand out cold hard as rock fries. I’m just disappointed. What’s the point of having fake good times if there’s 3 cars in front of the restaurant still waiting for food even tho on paper we already “received” our food. And it’s blocking the road for cars to maneuver in a small parking lot. Gross.
