Having some work done on my car accross the street. No other choices nearby. Ordered a bacon burger combo meal and upped to curly fries. Can't believe you have to pay just under $15 for a below average burger, fries and a drink. The service and condition of building and seating is dumpy. Pass it by if possible.

This location has really went down the drain. Ordered on the app and waited over 10 minutes by the counter. Asked the woman when my order would be up. Waited another 10+ minutes. Over 20 minutes for overpriced, mediocre food. I could see why they have such negative reviews now......

But into my breakfast sandwich to find egg shells! Coffee was cold and hash brown cold and the lady who took my order wasn’t rude but was not nice either. Spent just under $10 to ruin my breakfast and start my day out like this?? What a waste. They didn’t give me a receipt so that I could give review with jack n the box either.

look i normally order from here for a late/midnight meal.. now, dont get me wrong around the time i order, the food comes out better than expected, but this time idek who tf cooked but my burger came out BURNT, SMUSHED, and VERY SAD LOOKING, i normally leave a review of 5 star.. but food like that aint right. its kinda messed up.. thats like disrespectful. VERY disrespectful.

Service was pretty good food was okay they opened up the male's bathroom for me to use since the females was closed and it was filthy and rotten and disgusting I do not recommend using the restroom facilities at this establishment I honestly couldn't even use

Never got to order everybody was in the back fooling around I had to yell to get any help and then once they came up front they started changing out registers and ignoring us standing there so bad customer service I will not go there again

Update: my granddaughter was visiting and we went thru drive thru Friday evening. So disappointed. One of our breakfast Jack's was nothing but a plain bun and a slice of cheese! No ham. I was still charged 3.99! It's clear from reading reviews that you really aren't stepping up as owner!
