I've been a big fan of this food truck for over a year now. I love their food! The address is different. It is located on the north side of main st. between stapley and Mesa drive. I believe they're there Thursday, Friday and Saturday. They may do catering on different days if you call. The food truck is red. There's lights, music and an indoor seating area. Everyone working has always been very kind and accommodating if you need something on the side or anything. They take call ahead orders too if you don't have time to wait for your order there. Also I've seen them on grub hub. I recommend jalapeño dragon to anyone who likes Mexican food / sushi / ramen. It's the best
