Changed from 5 star to 1 star. I understand you guys are having maintenance done but I came out of my way just to come here just to find the doors are locked. Im only able to order a smoothie through the app? Really? I quickly downloaded it and was met with all of these fields to fill out. Heck no. If you're not prepared to do business and make your customers' lives easier, dont even bother opening at all. It should not be a hassle to place an order. Business 101

Made an online order through the app. Pick up was for 7:47am, arrived on time to find the store doesn't open until 8. Get inside for our smoothies and they were made at time of order 25 minutes prior. They're liquid and ruined. Told to just knock on the door next time. We can't come in but they can bring us our order. So disappointed with the app and the store.

Was not greeted by either of the employees as me and my daughter walked in and stood at the register. The cashier, Andrew L. finally acknowledged our existence and said hello after I stared him down in awkward silence.His demeanor and shortness with me gave me the impression that he was annoyed we were there. After he took my order, he quickly walked away and didn’t return. I had to reach over the register and grab my own receipt let alone receive a thank you. Once the drinks were ready and sitting at the counter, he called out my name and then quickly walked away again to the back to start washing dishes. No ‘thank you’ was ever uttered by Andrew or the other girl working on 7/13/23 at 5:37pm.Andrew, if you hate your job so much and hate people, why not just get a different job? I’m sorry your manager did not provide you with sufficient customer service training, but it’s also just a matter of being a courteous human being.

Cheep cups, ordered orange juice for 10$ and cup broke putting it in my cup holder. You would think that for the price they charge you wouldn’t get such cheep cups. Now my clean car is basking in 10$ of orange juice!

The pomegranate paradise is made with apple pear pomegranate juice blend mangos strawberries peaches. I think I didn't like it as much as the mango a go go. However, I did like how it didn't taste powdery. The mango a go go powdery to me. The flavor was very light. The smoothie was lightly sweet. If you add powder, the first powder is free. They offer zinc, 3g every, whey protein, soy isolate. They have whole food boosts. nonfat Greek yogurt at 40 calpeanut butter at 100 calginger at 5 calmatcha green tea at 5 calblue spirulina at 5 calkale at 15 calThey have frozen fruits and veggies too add. strawberries at 10 calpineapples at 15 calpeaches at 15 calmangos at 20 calbananas at 30 calblueberries at 20 calkale at 5 calOther items that can be added include the following. frozen oatmilk dessert at 30 calfat free vanilla frozen yogurt at 40 calnonfat Greek yogurt at 40 calpineapple sherbet at 45 calorange sherbet at 35 callime sherbet at 40 calraspberry sherbet at 35 calI liked that the smoothie was smooth with the ingredients finely blended. Have never been so thankful! A very nice lady named Georgia answered my call as I put in an Uber Eats order, unfortunately the app does not have an option to do substitutions. I gave her my name and what I wanted to sub out, and she took my information and made it happen! The Strawberry Whirl was perfect and I can't thank Georgia enough!! ( I would add a picture but he drank it before I could )

Have visited this location many times. Never any issues except occasionally a bit slow with order ahead and parking can be a bit problematic at busy times due to poor design in the plaza (a common problem with restaurant heavy shopping centers in Arizona).
