Kaiden was so super nice and extremely helpful! He made this experience phenomenal for me and my family. The food was phenomenal and we will 100% be back strictly because he was amazing! Thank you Kaiden!Kid-friendliness: Kaiden deep cleaned the highchair for my daughter before we sat down! He made sure we were comfortable!

Hit or miss. Used to be really good back in the day. I think the started using less dough to cut on cost or something cause the regular pizzas are like a floppy thin crust now and they skimp on toppings.Maybe if it wasn’t the most expensive pizza place around I could get over it.

The food was good and the guy taking orders was nice. The reason for the 2 stars is due to how dirty this place is. The soda fountain is absolutely disgusting, the bathroom also, disgusting. Neither have been cleaned in at least weeks. The floors are visibly filthy. The guy taking orders, while very nice. Needs to be cleaning while waiting for customers instead of sitting behind the order counter on tiktok. I don't understand why they are also displaying last year's health grade, they do not have an A rating.

The pizza was fantastic. Service with a smile, the place was clean, and the restaurant was pleasant, so we sat down to eat our pizza there. We'll be back (plus we want to enter their 2-person pizza challenge!)

Is the term "slum lord" only applicable to facilities that primarily center around housing units? The worst part about this franchise is that the pies they serve are actually pretty good. It's no escape from New York, mind you, but for the relegation zone expectations I've come to expect as "the norm" here in Arizona, this is borderline first-class dining. Then again, when your baseline is lower than the Mariana Trench, the faintest speck of light seems like salvation. But I digress. After the 49ers made it's story book comeback against The Guardians of the Mariana Trench expectations, none other than the Detroit Lions, my plan was to come to this location for my Super Bowl feast. Like countless other scenarios I've been faced with over the past few years, fate intervened, & this quickly spiraled out into left field. I tried ordering my go-to pie, garlic white sauce, chicken, & pineapples, but was told garlic white sauce wasn't an applicable topping. Ok, no worries, "just add the pineapple to the buffalo chicken, please." When I was googling this location, one of the pictures had the specials posted to the left of the kitchen on the wall, so I was basing my estimated price point off of that information alone. At the physical brick-&-mortar location, however, they've switched to a digital display, & I'm guessing prices have been raised due to inflation. Again, no worries. When I was told that the price for 2 slices of pie and 12 wings was $32, I was a bit confused but assumed that Uncle Sam was taking his cut. WRONG! Looking at the receipt after purchasing, I saw that I was charged $9 for the added luxury of pineapples. $9!?!?!? To put that into perspective, the combo for a slice of pie plus six wings was $11. So adding pineapples amounted to 28% of the grand total. I could have gone outside, grown the pineapples myself, sliced them up, & put them on the pizza myself for cheaper than that! I actually went outside to cool off, then decided absolutely not & left without the food that I purchased. By accepting that ludicrous addition, I would have validated that blatant display of price gouging. And that is something I absolutely could not have done. There's a term for this sort of behavior; it's called "The Black Tax." Basically whenever a person doesn't feel like you're financially able to purchase something they'll purposefully raise the price to knock you down a peg. "Ooooooh! You're one of those uppity ones, huh? Ok, Mr. Moneybags, how does this sound?" With that being said, unless you're looking to purchase property in Bikini Bottom, steer clear of this entire franchise. Anything outside of their skewed & prejudiced perception will be met with exorbitant price points. I guess the ability to have customers use EBT means bleed them for every penny. Gotta balance the books somehow, right? If you're looking to visit this location during your MLB or NBA fan experience, I strongly suggest against it. Overall, this place is not the best place to go if you're of African descent. As you can see from my other reviews, I have not had the most pleasant experiences lately. However! At great personal risk to myself, I write these reviews based on my experiences so that others will benefit from the experiences that I have. I encourage others to SPEAK UP! Your voice can assist others in avoiding potentially detrimental situations, & as always, do your own research!

Wouldn't recommend, the small pizza is pretty much per person. Guess they don't have their own drivers and use door dash which is fine... unless you get a small 1 person pizza. Which you think would feed 2, but it doesnt.

Got them for the first time ever and 95% or the pizza had no sauce.. worst pizza ever

Absolutely the worst store of the 3 locations. Every time I'm in there its the same people working and its always the same terrible attitude and looks from them. The little blonde girl is the worst. Ive never one time had mu order taken dowm correctly by her. The 19 year old KID manager shouldn't be one. Terrible work ethics. Tables are always disgusting. Floor is usually dirty. Sometimes doesnt even smell like pizza when you walk in and that should tell you something. To the owner/owners. Im absolutely sure you know of the issues here. Please address them and get this little store poppin again!

I love this place. I get the NYC vibe. I haven’t been here in about five years but things haven’t changed. Pizza slices are huge and very good. Adding the pizza slicer is a definite must since the slices are huge. Great value to say the least!
