Had mine delivered. The driver had to go back to the store to get my drink. When I went to eat my Turkey Tom it was only turkey and lettuce. I usually am more impressed with this location.

Slow service, prices have gone through the roof, $12 for a low quality wrap. Seems Jimmy John's is not the best anymore.

First off this place was completely empty and there were about 5-6 employees standing around while one was just cleaning the place and even opened the door for me. I started ordering for my daughter who first asked for cheese and then changed her mind and asked for no cheese before the sandwich was even made. The girl making the sandwich and the one taking the order really didn't like that because they both looked at each other with a dumb look on their faces and rolled their eyes like it was a giant inconvenience. I paid almost $15 for a plain Tuna Mini John Combo w small drink, an extra bag of chips AND TIP! It blows my mind that fast food places are asking for tips. I left one so hopefully the guy that was cleaning while the others stood around gets SOMETHING! We get in the car and my daughter starts eating she looks at me confused because she got nothing but bread in her first bite. I told her to flip and STILL nothin but bread! My daughters eyes started to well up because she was so disappointed. We just spent the entire day in the ER because she was having asthma complications. She missed lunch so she was starving. We chose Jimmy John's over Culver's where we were ORIGINALLY going to go because she is used to the awesome subs they make at the one on Main St in Mesa. I told my daughter I'd go ask to see if they could put a little bit more tuna on it for her tummy. So I went back inside (same guy cleaning opened the door for me again) to ask if they might be able to add a little more tuna for my daughter and showed them the sub. The girl at the register just looks down and says in the most snotty disrespectful tone, "You order a Mini THATS WHAT YOU GET". I replied, and let her know my daughter just took two bites and got nothing but bread and asked if there any way she could get just a little bit more. Her reply "No" with her snotty look. So I asked, not even just a half scoop? Again, a short "No!" And smiled! Like she was proud to be treating people like that. I just replied with WOW, a middle finger and walked out because the choice words I had some other choice words for that girl. If you're in a service position and you treat paying, TIPPING customers with that type of disrespect, you should NOT be there!! And if this place is charging that much AND asking guests for tips, they DEFINITELY need to provide better food than that! I ended up tearing off more bread from each end so my daughter can actually bite into her sandwich and get tuna!!! Ridiculous!!

Service was terrible. We were The only ones there at the counter and the employee refused to acknowledge us . We left after standing there for 5 minutes. It smelled disgusting inside as well. Won't be going to a Jimmy John's again.

My first time here ordered turkey sandwich paid $12 and got 1 slice of turkey with soggy tomatoes soft pickles hard bread. I don't understand why this happened I was excited to try the place the staff seemed nice but this is what I got for my 12 bucks. I feel ripped off I'm sure they don't care but save your money make your own sandwich if this is how all their sandwiches come. Never going here and I don't recommend anybody else eating here.

Horrible customer service, you’re better off going to the one on Baseline & Gilbert. They got my order wrong made me wait almost an hour for it and then when I called they told me I would have to wait for their 1 driver to go back to the store after all his other orders before they could fix my order. When I asked for other options the guy on the phone was incredibly rude and did not even care that they messed up the order.

Waited 45 minutes for a $20 sandwich to be delivered. I called about 20 minutes in and the manager Rose, was so unhelpful. Couldn't answer any questions or give me any sort of time frame. No apologies or anything. Finally teeny minutes later the messed up sandwich was delivered. I called back to speak to the manager about the situation and again Rose answered. (After she let the the phone ring initially on the cell number I used to place the order) I eventually had to call from my work phone for her to even answer. I asked if there was another manager to speak to on any other shifts or when her boss would be in. She proceeded to tell me she is the only manager at the store at all and that the drive was new and it was all his fault. He was trained appropriately and he is at fault. I told her that wasn't very manager like to just place blame on another employee. She then continued to laugh at me and tell me that no one was going to correct her and to not bother calling corporate because "they won't do anything to her". I've had issue with her behavior twice now and will NEVER order from this store again. It's worth noting that the delivery location was two minutes away from their store. Less than a mile away. But she claims she delivered to Gilbert first and that's why the order took so long. That's just not true or accurate. She shouldn't be allowed to hold a manger position being so unprofessional and rude.

The food is consistent and a good product. What made this experience 5+ star worthy was their guest service. Rose went above and beyond! A huge order with short notice and they came through. Not only that, but when I realized I didn't order enough food and had to order more, Rose made sure to save the day again. Obviously, credit goes to the whole team, but I only talked to Rose. On Mother's Day, my restaurant staff was fed, all were happy, and the food energy came through in the clutch.

18.08 for an 8 inch sandwich chips and a drink and the sandwich is mediocre I'll go somewhere else. The people were nice and friendly and fast service but it's just way over priced.

If you customize your sandwich, make sure you explain it to them four times and maybe also put it in writing because they flat out do not listen.I hate cucumbers so I order my veggie sandwich without them. Not an allergy, I just hate them. And the problem with cucumbers is that you can’t just remove them because the whole sandwich will taste like it.I order it very easily “a number six veggie with no cucumber and no mayo.” Still, it comes with cucumbers 8/10 times and mayo 5/10 times. What else do I have to do or say? I even told the worker this time that this happens and lo and behold, four cucumbers.I wouldn’t leave a review if this wasn’t such a common issue. My fault I guess for giving them so many chances but I typically just assume to give places the benefit of the doubt. Now I know.

Haven't been to this place in years. I ordered a sandwhich and remembered why. I got a lettuce wrapped sandwich. It had one peice of turkey... 2 peices of fatty undercooked bacon 2 very thin sliced tomatoes that looked a few days old and shredded lettuce. It was lettuce wrapped , why would you put more lettuce? I also paid extra for avacodo spread. 1$ for it. I asked for more because you can see in the pic what they added and he wanted to charge me for it. I told him there was hardly any of the sandwich. He refused to give more... then I found out its not even real avacado. It comes in a plastic bag and is super runny. I asked for my money back. He said i need the sandwhich back then. GLADLY! It will take 7days to refund. The manager Nick "helped" me and I will never go back.It Also smelled terrible when we walked in. Like old meat and old pickles.
