Worst kfc ever been too. They literally are too stupid to get an order right and it still ends up.wrong after 3 times. Took an bite of what I thought was a sandwich and it was a dried out chicken thigh. Damn near busted my teeth on the unexpected bone. XIMENA WAS THE RUDEST cashier I have ever encountered at any fast food restaurant in the valley. Don't waste your money here

I wouldn't even give a Star honestly I don't like to do this at all but this place literally is horrible.!!!! I went Monday night around 8:20 p.m and I ordered the 12 piece family meal and then I'm waiting in the line there was one car in front of me . I pull up to the window and the guys tells me they don't have my chicken any more the sold it to the guy in front of me . I was livid I said are you serious you already took my order what the heck he's like yeah sorry you can go to the one on basline and hardy. I was in disbelief that they would treat a customer like this honestly. I was like you can't make more chicken and he said No they were done for the night .I was like you close at 10p.m how are you seriously done making chicken ! I don't recommend this one at all lazy rude works.

First time here & The last time here.The staff was ok,the FOOD omg... the chicken was DRY DRY DRY...The Mac n cheese was Nasty... half of the Mac n cheese was old dried shells that sat to long in the air.The corn had a nasty taste that we could not figure out,The mash potatos was ok,The Gravy was ok,In short, the food was Horrible...The staff was ok,We have not been to a KFC in Years, and it seems we will not be back for some years.This was soo disappointing.The bill was almost $60 also, we got a 12 piece family meal.

They can't handle simple instructions. The more simplified the less they can handle them.I asked him for no gravy. I'm allergic to gravy. This is what they give me

Ordered on the app and the workers insisted I had to come in to sign a paper for my order. I’m disabled so getting in and out of the car isn’t easy. I argued with the workers telling them I’m disabled and how ridiculous making people come in if they used an app. The guy worker told me it was the last time he was going to give me my food. I asked the older lady what if you’re disabled and she just shrugged. This is against ADA and can be sued for this. I will be filing a complaint with KFC and a ADA lawyer. It’s not easy being disabled but to be treated like this makes it worse.Wheelchair accessibility: They disregard you if you’re disabled. Horrible people. I wouldn’t spend money at this location ever again.
Sometimes this place closes at 8pm. Tonight they have no tenders and no sandwiches at 8:30pm. Get it together.

I ordered on the KFC app and they didn't allow me to pick up in the drive thru. What's the purpose of allowing orders on the app if you can't pick up in the drive thru? I was told they don't allow orders to be picked up because you need to sign for them, like what?! In the age of covid it's reckless to make people come in and sign for orders they placed on their proprietary app. When I told the manager this was through the KFC app not a third party, he said bring your lazy ass inside. I couldn't believe it and it's not like other apps where I could cancel so I went inside and he was like yeah is it too much to walk your lazy ass in here. No, it's not, but the point of the app is convenience and safety. You wonder why KFC is disappearing, it's because they're stuck in the past. I'll just continue to go to Chick-fil-a the food and service are better and I won't have high school dropouts calling me a lazy ass.

This location should close down. I placed order online, arrived at Drivethru and asked to pick up my food. I was told to come inside to sign and get the food. I Asked why I had to go inside even if I had no issues before, Staff (Rose) was very rude and said " Because I said so". Worst experience at KFC ever and I hope they get Health Department inspection soon bc inside of store was very dirty.
