Ordered the Kentucky hot nug meal, the apple pie poppers and en extra side of Cole slaw, meal came with potatoes and gravy. What I found in my bag was the nugs, the free sandwich for the order and Cole slaw. No biscuit, poppers, potatoes and gravy and certainly not the extra ranches I paid for. My order is never correct, don't know why I bother with them anymore. Clearly they don't care, neither does the owner.

Visited on 2/29/24 @ 6:50pmThe crew did not know how to handle a rush. 15 minute wait for original chicken. We decided to wait. I ordered 8 piece family meal half and half. I ordered 4 small drinks. The young man rang up 4 medium drinks. I asked for small, he says "we only have medium" Several families seated and waiting. Young man behind the counter yells out, "were out of original chicken, does anyone want extra crispy instead" silence and disbelief from those of us waiting. After a half hour, we finally get our order. All original. *sigh* at this point we ate and left. I hadn't been to KFC with the family in a long time. I feel the value wasn't there... Now the service is terrible. Not going back to any KFCThis was the store: 239 N Power RdMesa, AZ 85207

I've been going here ever since they transferred to this new location. I usually order a chicken strip meal. But, I've noticed the strips been getting smaller and smaller. The straps use to be 6 inch or longer. Now they're like 3-5 inches. I'll pass this location, till they fix this problem.Parking: Needs another entrance, hard to enter parking lot sometimes. Carwash line prevented me from entering kfc parking lot.

Very disappointed with the power location. Order was wrong, and frankly sad. Asked and paid for extra crispy bucket got soggy old chicken. Kinda expected when it was ready 30 seconds from order with no line. Didn’t really mind it till after I made my family eat it they ended up getting sick. I recommend not eating anything from there think of your family…

1st time at this KFC. Never had a biscuit so hard i couldn't eat it, must have layed there for hours before I got there.
Best KFC in the valley. I eat here everyday. I order the same thing. Number 3. It's a four piece with a side and a drink and a biscuit.I ask for extra crispy, Just Legs. Mack N Cheese, with a large Dr,P. It's just enough to fill my stomach, without feeling Bloated. The staff is super nice and Always gives me a smile. I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
