Food is fantastic and made fresh right there on the spot. They have an open kitchen where you can see the staff working away at your sandwich. speaking of the staff there super nice and welcoming. Everything is super clean and well managed, great experienceVegetarian options: They have a veggie sandwich which is amazing, but they also have the option to remove meat off of any sandwich, along with the option to add whatever you want so you can custom make your own veggie sandwich to your tastes.Dietary restrictions: If your allergic to gluten they switch gloves and make certain that your gluten free sandwich stays far away from the other breads and surfaces. Along with glove changes frequently as to avoid allergies.Parking: Because they're in a plaza they have plenty of parking options.Wheelchair accessibility: The store is wheelchair accessible along with the drink fountain.

Honestly, I was a bit surprised by this place. I’ve seen them on Uber Eats many times but I had never actually taken the time to drive up there.Located next to Basha’s grocery store, this sandwich shop has quite a bit of interior seating compared to what you’d expect.Traditional counter order and they give you a number sign to put on your table, for dine in. They will bring your order to your table and that is where things shine. My wife ordered their namesake, Knuckle Sandwich, and it was genuinely gigantic. She was quite pleased with it, I ordered a French Dip and the sandwich was actually quite good, a bit stingey with the Au Ju but otherwise quite good.I will say that after ordering, prepare to wait as it seemed to take quite a while to actually get our food but I would, most certainly, try it again!

My last sandwich didn't pop my pistol. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich, took about 3 bites of one half, and split the remainder between 2 dogs. I rewrapped the other half and gave it to my neighbor. Everyone else enjoyed it, it had way too much mayo for my tastes. As always, it was clean as a whistle and the staff were all friendly. I'd give the sammy 2 stars because it was fresh, and everything else 5 stars. I just know not to order that particular one.

The employees were very good. They get 10 stars. Not thrilled with the food..the Philly looked and tasted like ground beef with some gristle as I agree with other poster...the cheddar looked like cheese wiz ( blob on top ) the white cheese was fine.No onions that I could see or taste and only one tiny slice of green pepper..Definitely not a Philly cheese steak.Ambiance...stained ceiling tiles need to be replaced. Also keep the door closed..(.keeps the flies out)....Hefty price'Back to Subway.....

Everyone was extremely friendly. But when we got our sandwiches home the turkey, pesto panini wasn’t even edible. I took one bite and it smelled and tasted rotten so I had my husband try it thinking it was just me. It also wasn’t a normal panini it was more of a grilled cheese style sandwich. The bread was burnt and it was like they were cooking on a very dirty flat top. Everyone has bad days so this was probably the case seeing that all the other reviews are great and the reason we even tried them to begin with.

They need to work on their ventilation, the whole place was full of smoke from the grill. Food was excellent

I've seen this place for years but never went in until the other day. Restaurant has a nice industrial feel inside, and the food looks delicious. UNFORTUNATELY both my sandwiches were very bland, and had no condiments. Flavor profile was disappointing, cashier's demeanor was very distant and lacking when it came to customer service. Who likes ordering food from somewhere that the staff seems off putting? Prices were higher than I felt was reasonable. Won't be returning.
