They were packed at 745 Saturday night and we had about a 10 minute wait for our table, which was less than the time quoted. We immediately received chips and salsa, our waiter came quickly to bring drinks and take our order. Food took a little longer than expected but was all delicious. I'm disappointed to see the sweet pork dish is no longer on the menu as that was my favorite. I always order the sautéd veggies as my side, they are so fresh and delicious. The service was fantastic and they were attentive to chip and drink refills. The food is different from other Mexican restaurants and I appreciate that the food feels fresher and not greasy. Beautifully decorated in a south west theme. was really noisy when we first arrived but as it got a little less busy, it was a more relaxed feel and could hear the music.

We just had a wonderful lunch here. This was our first time eating here and it was a very nice experience. We started with the guacamole which was so fresh and delicious, really top notch. My wife had the ENCHILADAS del MAR and I had the PUERCO EN CHIPOLTE. Both meals were absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and presented. Their food is not your typical Tex/Mex food at all! Nick our server was awesome! VERY good service. The manager came over to check on us and we had a great conversation. Great food, great service, great people. We will definitely be back.

My family and I stumbled upon this, because it was across the street from the hospital. Todd took great care of us. Food and service was phenomenal. Very rare that you find a great spot like this. highly highly recommend!

Got take out via UberEats, overall 3.5 stars and I think what we got would be tastier eaten fresh on site ofc! Order came with tasty chips and salsa on the house. Smoked camarones en mole verde bowl: tender and juicy shrimp! The green mole was ok - had a bitter aftertaste. I had just been in Oaxaca a few weeks ago so it did not taste very good to me. Came with one side, chose refried beans and those were so good. Grilled ribeye tacos: the tacos were OK - steak was a bit dry but probs bc of take out. Chose veggies for this side. Not too salty and tender veg with slight crunch. Puerco en chipotle: this was our fave!! Super juicy tender pork in a tasty sauce. Came with two sides, rice and beans. Would def get this one again. Overall if I were to go back, would def try it in person.

Very good food. Great service from our server, Eric, who was very friendly. The horchata was delicious. And the dessert was FLANtastic.

I first found this place when we were having our third kid at the hospital across the street. The hospital is good at feeding mommy, not so much the father. Came here by coincidence, and everything with top notch. Today I happened to be driving by land I stopped in to eat. Amazing. I decided that I should plop a review on here. Once again, The food was top-tier Mexican. The service, personal and engaged. Eric was my server, and he gave me solid advice and took very good care of me. I generally dine in a very small circle around my house in Chandler, but this is well worth the diversion. I'll be back often.

Best chile relleno! The Steve-a-Rita was delicious, too! We also had flan for dessert and it was so good! Definitely a hidden gem!

What a great atmosphere. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Amazing menu options, and most importantly, incredible authentic food. Best mexican food we had during our trip to Phoenix.

This place is genuinely me and my husband's favorite place. The atmosphere is always so comfortable. The service is on point and the food is absolutely amazing EVERY SINGLE TIME. The salsa is always a little different but it's so good. The guacamole is a must have as well as the queso fundido. Everytime I have an excuse to come her I do. Plus the happy hour is daily 2 to 6 I think and the u can get full from what's on it. Love love love los Sombreros

We visited this place today in serious need of traditional Mexican food and we loved it. First of, the decorations were really nice. Our server, Eric, was so friendly and it showed that he loved doing his job. He recommended us the Queso Fundido which we loved. Our entrees were also really good although the carnitas were I think superior to the chicken enchiladas. My husband got a jalapeño margarita which was amazing!! But be careful because it was really hot. We also got churros in the end and they were the best of all!! They had cajeta filling and were so fresh! Definitely don't skip on churros! Although Eric suggests flan over churros so we'll try the flan next time.

Yum! I was fully planning on getting cheese enchiladas and was pleasantly surprised when I saw vegan options. The vegetables were fresh and the vegan cheese was delicious! Service was great and the restaurant was clean with good vibes. I will definitely be coming back!

This is another level of Mexican food. Delicious, beautifully presented and excellent choice of drinks. Don't miss happy hour. Service was great- enough attention to be helpful but never annoying. The restaurant is colorful and comfortable. Can't wait to return.

Wonderful authentic Mexican. Very flavorful and our waiter Eric was the best. We had the chicken and spinach dish which we highly recommend.
