THEY NEED TO JUST SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. Had a pick up order and everyone went around me. I had a single meal. Didn’t follow directions and my entire ornder was wrong. Including my drink. Horrible service. Employees did nothing. Worst place to go. Do not recommend at all ever.

Refused to be helped unless I had a ticket. Can't help it if I ordered through the kiosk and no ticket was given. Ordered through the drive through and my food was given to someone else. Wouldn't happen if literally every car was not told to go park in the parking lot because it's taking too long to cook food.

We waited for 25 minutes for our order when we got home with our food we discovered that the order was wrong so we called the phone number on the receipt to complain the person didn’t answer the call said they would call us back and never did McDonald’s in my opinion has lost their way bad service totally over priced and no customer care at all so I won’t be going back there again

Some of these comments are crazy, no bottom bun, a bite taken out of patty. That’s clown .. I can say tonight, solid crew on graveyard. Much better than I ever remember. Give em a go, it’s all that’s open late really anyways

It’s annoying every single time you go to this location they can’t seem to get your food out thru the drive thru and have you pull around. I had no one behind me but still asked to pull around. I ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget kids meal.

Apparently, Helen Keller works here because I tell them ketchup, and they somehow get barbecue sauce like tf. How does ketchup sound like barbecue? Have they removed the high-school grad requirements or something?

For starters the autonomous machine spit out the wrong ticket when I got the order at the counter it was incorrect it was short 20 McNuggets I was the only one in line and it wasn't fast food let me just say that they're lucky I'm going to give them a 4 out of 10 there's always room for improvement.

I’ve been to some bad McDonald’s in my time, but this one takes the cake. First off, it doesn’t look like the picture so don’t be surprised when you see that, but the food here was just slop together with the least amount of care that I have ever seen employees were short us and when trying to catch up, it came out sometimes swirl yellow and red and sometimes just came out orange and pasty. This is not ketchup. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other locations nearby.A positive note, they have a really cool table.
