We ordered 10 tripa tacos and two roast beef tacos. For the tripa tacos they charged me $37.50 so I asked the employee if the tripa tacos are $3.25 and she answered yes, I showed her the note and told her that in 10 tacos it should be $32.50 then she did a calculation from I don't know where and she told me that in 10 tacos of tripe it would be $43.50 then another employee did the calculations in another machine quickly and then she told me that the tripe ones had already gone up and that the prices of the screen were wrong, that the tacos already cost $3.75 and then they were going to correct the screen, ask first the employee who helped me said that they cost $3.25 then they come out with something else, and at that moment they raise them to $3.75, for which I consider an abuse on their part given how the situation unfolded, and they charged me an extra $5.00, maybe it was their tip but in that way it is an abuse, I have the receipt since they asked me if I wanted it and I said yes, that's why I realized their “mistake” on purpose, I will not go back there for anything even if they lower the prices because the tacos were not good and apart from the fact that they are mini tacos.

Honestly, it was a perfect experience. My cashier and the man who brought me my food were both super friendly and helpful, and the food was phenomenal. I got the shredded beef chimichanga plate, and they put this white queso stuff on the top, which was amazing. Even the beans and rice were flavorful!I'll definitely be going back.

Food is good but customer service was terrible. Before I let my kids order drinks, I asked if it was included in the kids meal, server said yes and I confirmed that printed on the kids menu, it says drinks included and lists all the drink choices. They got chocolate milk. It came and was white milk on ice. Kids didn't like it. I tried it and it was terrible. We asked for root beers for them instead, which they got. When the bill came, we were charged for 2 chocolate milks. I asked him about it and he said that in the system, there wasn't a way to enter the drink order as part of the kids meal, so had to enter it separately. I showed him on the kids menu where it says drinks included, so there has to be a way. I asked for a manager figuring they could help him on how to enter it correctly. A lady came, asked about what was going on, said let me check, and then didn't come back. I doubt she was actually a manager. He came back and argued with me some more. I gave up and handed him my credit card. When he brought the check for me to sign, it was 6 dollars more than what the ticket was for. Part of that was a 3% fee for using credit card, which is a new thing at this restaurant we have been to many times before. This was not advertised anywhere on the table or menu. But that only accounted for part of the extra. Ivtried asking the "manager" about it but she ignored me and the server insisted I only talk to him. Come to find out he added a charge for the root beers! So instead of getting drinks included with 2 kids meals, I ended up paying for 4 drinks! I would have had them get water if it wasn't included, but it was written right there in black & white. I've never had a server who wasn't willing to make it right. He even argued over whether or not the milk actually tasted bad. Like, you're welcome to try it yourself, but that's not the point. I'm a very passive and agreeable person, so for me to get upset is highly unusual. First time in my life I've asked for a manager and I can't believe she did absolutely nothing. Unfortunately, we won't be going back there if that's how it is. Also, my parents both got soup and it was barely warm. Gecko grill has the same food but with better service and ambiance. So disappointing.

I ordered a large flour taco. I got a small street taco on a corn tortilla. I even checked my receipt to make sure I ordered correctly. I was ordering 3-4 times a week but this is the second time my order was messed up. I'm done.

Today was my second order thru Ubereats this week for the same exact order. Jus clicked order again. Chips were stale! My 6 mini chimi supposed to be 3 chicken an 3 beef were 4 bean and cheese an 2 beef! So so so disappointed! I won't deny ordered again because Monday all was on point deliciousand fresh! Loved it! Accidentally ordered at this location on my lunch while I was at work and called them to see if I can get a refund or credit because I couldn’t go pick it up and the girl who answered the phone sounded so clueless. She said she would contact the manager so I gave her my information and never received a call. I called back after work, had the same clueless girl and all she said was “we can’t do anything.” I understand it was my honest mistake but gawddamn at least act like you care. Find better employees who are actually helpful.

A very small place, but good for casual meetings. Order at the counter and choose your table. The food was hot and satisfying. I prefer some pickled cabbage atop my fish tacos, but other than missing that additionthat the taste was very good.Parking: Small location but parking space was sufficient.
