The food is very good but sometimes the chicken is (very) fatty to a point where 90% of it is gristly. For the times that it’s not so fatty, the food is incredible.

I have only ever ordered through doordash with this location but every time I have the food has been on point. They make sure to fill up the containers very generously. For what I would call fast food Hawaiian food it's pretty decent quality for the price. The big family meal around 50 bucks does feed a decent amount of people if you get an extra side of something. Even having ordered online and waiting for delivery it has always come fast and it's still hot and tastes great when it gets here. I have eaten at other locations and they were clean and had friendly stuff as well. The island fire chicken is really good the mac salad is decent, not the best I've ever had but again pretty darn good for fast food Hawaiian

So I've been to other locations and loved them but NOT this one! The blonde girl that's up front she's so rude and just so unfriendly and makes me feel like an inconvenience. This isn't my first interaction with her as I'm an UberEATS driver as well and have picked up from here and she was the same. No manners at all. My food took so long and everyone that was behind me was getting theirs way before me. When I did get my food the chicken was so burnt and they had things wrong like my rice was missing which I asked for LESS rice and not none. When I went to tell her she didn't believe me and made me feel so uncomfortable about it. Then my husband didn't get his shrimp he ordered but I was too embarrassed and honestly scared to go say anything. There's other locations that are way better which sucks because this one is the closest to me. I'm not sure what the problem is but I don't feel comfortable going back here with that cashier. I'm always a friendly person when I go into places so I expect the same thing back it's just common courtesy

Never made our food. Waited a long time. Bad service , didn't offer refund.messy area where utensils are kept and sauces.
Ordered a family meal with 4 different proteins only came with chicken. Called in and was told to return for a refund but I like over 40 miles away and it was late.

I really hate to down a business but I ate at this establishment Thursday or Friday of this past week and I woke up in the middle of the night vomiting and diarrhea at the same time so I believe I might have gotten food poisoning I had the fish I'm very disappointed because it tasted good but I believe it was left out too long or something I just wanted to make people aware because nobody wants to get sick for eating food
