Very disappointed, PF Chang's used to be so good. The first clue should have been there was hardly any customers. Our entrees were so overcooked, it was like jerky and the vegetables were mush. The waiter got nearly everything wrong on my wife's order. Speaking of the waiter, (waiter is a good title) we were constantly waiting on him, my wife started drinking my drink because the waiter was taking so long getting a "diet coke". I lost track of time it took so long to get the bill.

The new menu removed our favorite dishes we’ve had for over 25 years. What we ate was more breading than chicken and the veggies were either too mushy (brussel sprouts) or too hard (carrots). This menu reads like a Denny’s now and doesn’t feel like a higher end restaurant, which I guess it isn’t any more. We’re still burping dinner hours later. I’d give it one star if not for the excellent attention of our waiter. Been coming here for 25 years. Today was our last time.
