Decided to get takeout food. Quite a few choices. We both enjoyed our meals. Will go back.

Don’t get me wrong but I love Panda Express. This 3-star review for this store on McKellips spurred me to provide this review. I ordered today a medium a la cart box of the honey walnut shrimp. This was the first time I was given a box 3/4 full. I asked the attendant behind the counter to please fill the box up (since customers pay extra for the premium dishes anyway). I was embarrassed to have to ask. She told me, “you only get 14 pieces”. I then asked where does it state that? She responded that it doesn’t but it company policy. I would imagine counting out pieces might apply to the plates dishes since those don’t have serving sizes associated with them like the boxes do. I wasn’t going to argue and make a scene any more than this; however, the boxes are made for a specific serving size. Do they count out any other dishes like this even for the premium dishes? How about counting out the pieces of steak in the premium steak dish? Of course they don’t do that. They fill the serving size box up. They don’t have to pack it in there but please be reasonable. Next time this happens I will ask for a different dish so that the box serving size is filled instead of the number of little pieces. By the way, some shrimp tails are larger than others. Will you please pick out 14 of the larger ones for me next time? Ridiculous and cheap ??
Great, fast service, good always being brought out fresh. It's Panda and besides it being fast food, I would put their quality on par with a upper end quality dinner restaurant. The only difference is the atmosphere. But if you put out same caliber for why pay more. Don't get me wrong it's not diamond establishment, but better than a lot of traditional dine in restaurants I have been to.
We love this Panda Express and have never had a bad experience. The food is always hot and fresh. I love their chili shrimp.

I was super excited to come after work to get food, but they closed twenty minutes early and denied me service… I understand how long days are, but why don’t they change their hours or wait until they say they’re going to close to lock the doors?

Food, what they had was okay. Poor planning as they had very little to offer. Ordered egg rolls and 2 plates, sorry to say, eggs rolls at Jack in the Box and QT are better. Very disappointing, maybe another location is better.

Multiple times in a row now this panda is out of literally everything besides two entrees. Portions have gotten smaller as well. Very frustrating tho to drive all the way their to get dinner at a normal dinner time and they have nothing but say they are open. Would not recommend. Choose somewhere else for dinner or another location.

DO NOT order online tried to add promotional item (apple pie roll) and it wouldn't let me order it online, manager gave me my food and didn't ask if I wanted any sauce so waited patiently for the people that had their food ready to pay and squeezed in to ask for my sauce, while I was there I had already had my app open to scan the code for the item I couldn't order online, manager tried to send me to the back of the line to wait for 5 other people to get their food ready just to get an apple pie roll bagged up and handed to me, incompetent manager
New firecracker shrimp had a nice spice level and the honey sesame chi Ken breast is usually solid. Hit or miss,but good today.
