The food hear is much better that other locations. Staff is friendly and hospitable. I choose this location over the one on Elliot and Higley.

We got our food faster than the 20 min. the online order stated. Which was nice, except when we opened it all up, everything was cold, soggy and soaked with flavor. And not good flavor...old flavor. So fast service a plus, but too fast. I would've been happy to wait the 20 minutes and have gotten fresh food.

Ordered a third entrée, and they would not fill the box like normal! Plus, it was $1.50 extra because of shrimp. Not sure if it's new management (natali) or new owner, but there is no more tasting either. CLEARLY, This location does not care about repeat business. I know I'll be going to pei wei or the panda off Val Vista next time.

I had to wait for chow mein. When it came up, these people packed ALL the online/mobile orders right in front of me before they packed my 2 bowls. They gave me like 7 shrimp! The noodles were beyond dry! Rude employees.Parking: Its a narrow parking lot. People stop & block you in your parking spot forever.

Worst experience ever never going back.. First of all, they don’t do samples which is ridiculous because it’s not that hard to do.. Second of all, I asked for a bowl and asked her politely if I was able to get half-and-half on the meat.. she was very rude about it.. and said no Plus everything I wanted they had to make it on the spot because they don’t have it. Nobody has time for that. They didn’t even have Veggies available I had to wait for them to make it.

I will just give first names Haley,Cassy, & Natalie the supervisor. In the last month I've had 3 visits that were disappointing. Price for portion size and old tasting cream cheese ragoons. When I spoke with the supervisor she stated she couldn't replace my order/s. Don't get me wrong some times their food tastes really good but then some times it tastes old. I'm upset b/c the supervisor was not there at night so we couldn't dispute this right away. Corporate needs to come in and oversee their service food & hospitality credentials. They behaved as if the refund or replacement came out of their own pocket Lol Wow!!!Parking: Power rd. / Baseline Rd.
