Lost at Sea
Gave this place a second chance last night. Went in for a pickup and what do I see, the whole crew stuffing their face with a leftover pizza. Not to mention the whole store smelled like marijuana. I would bet they probably don’t even wash their hands either. The first time I was there, I saw a dead cockroach in the lobby. That’s enough for me. I’ll just eat at home. These fast food places are so unhealthy anyway without including the dirty staff. I don’t recommend this place. If you really want Papa johns, go to the one on greenfield rd. Those guys are on point!

I just want to give this store a serious shout out. I had the unfortunate experience to get pneumonia and I had to cancel my large order for a birthday party. Steven was super kind and helpful on the phone. When I was feeling better we rescheduled the party and put in another order for pizza and cheese sticks. Steven went above and beyond my expectations, he called me the day of and let me know my new order was ready and checked in how I was feeling, also telling us to enjoy our party. My husband picked up the order and Steven was already outside and brought it to the car. I can’t express how happy and grateful we were for all the kindness and understanding from this crew. Thank you again so much, we will always come back to this location.

We ordered a well-done galic stuffed crust pizza with ham and pineapple about a week ago, and it was almost raw. I had to put my slice in the air fryer for 10 mins, and it was barely editable. We called, and they stated we could get a replacement.We had the replacement sent last night. It was NOT crunchy on the bottom. It cooked this time but again not to our liking.I also would have ordered more food if they would have gave me the option.I will not be ordering here again!At least when hungry, Howie's messed up they got the order correct the second and offered whatever we wanted the full order, not just what was messed up.I feel like you just threw the pizza at my husband and took off.

Okay...I've been kind for a while...I've ordered from this location since it opened. I'd like to know what has changed? Is it the MGT, or the Company? Which? I can't complete an order unless I put a tip in the order? WHY? I don't do electronic tips; there's no guarantee they're paid out (employees tell me this). Tonight...we ordered a pizza...same routine. I put in a MSG that says "TIP WILL BE IN CASH." So...the pizza is promised in 35-40 minutes; fine. At the time it's supposed to be delivered...a text message: Sorry your order is delayed, we'll let you know when it's on its way. Shortly thereafter I get another message: your pizza will be delivered by Door Dash at 7:24...that's 1:20 from order to delivery. WHY??? If you know you're backed up, be honest in your estimate, don't paint a nice picture and then, at the last moment, come up with "oops...sorry 'bout that." And then, to add insult to injury, we get a message: "Your driver has picked up your pizza; it'll be delivered by 7:24PM." This message came at 6:53 PM. The store is 2.9 miles away...30 minutes to deliver????? My question remains: WHAT has changed? At this point, a quick call and trip to Barro's sounds like a better choice. Epilogue: A nice young man named Derek delivered our order. He received $10. From there, our order had to go into the microwave to warm it up. VERY sad...

So I guess they don't answer there own phones anymore??? What the heck! They have a call center that processes all the calls. The person on the line barely spoke English. I'm not against people the don't speak great English but when it's your job to take orders in English you should be able to make it a good experience and thus was not. At the end of the call I asked to please throw in some extra garlic sauce and ranch and she said that she already sent over the order and that she can't cancel or modify it at all. So I said aren't you at the restaurant right now?? Just throw some in? She said nope and she can't do anything about it! Crazy!! $72 dollars for 1 LG pizza and 24 wings and I can't even talk with someone that will have anything to do with making my pizza?? Wow! I can't even believe it!

This Papa Johns slaps harder than an angry Russian in an Olympic slapping competition. The others must be expecting God Tier pizza, but hey, it's fast food and the service is quick and you get what you pay for. The inside was clean and I was full afterwards so no complaints.

That was by far the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Ordered by Uber eats as Venezias was too busy. I wish I never wasted my money. The sauce was gross. The crust was like thin cardboard, cheese was tasteless and the pepperoni was blah. The bring rings were greasy and tasted terrible. The wings were ok but nothing special. That was the only thing edible. I wish I could get my money back.
