First time patron. Staff person was really on the ball. Personable and very accommodating. Explained the ordering procedure and asked right up front what type crust we would be asking for so she could start preparing it fresh. Large selection of ingredients to choose from. We chose the thin crust and found it to be perfectly baked without burning. We asked for it to be lightly baked as that is how we like it. Pleasant outdoor area as we had our two grandchildren with. They loved the pizza as well as the cheese bread. Great dipping red sauce. We will be back.

Good pizza and it was fun to make your own at the countertop. Baking was pretty fast too.

We came here for salads and they were out of quite a few ingredients including lettuce other than spinach. The man behind the counter helping us out said he was the only one there and we were his 1st customers of the day. While we waited for a cheese bread to complete our order we watched a 2 pizzas go out before ours so I think he forgot to put it in as we waited about 20 mins for it. He was really nice and positive though which I appreciated but the service was too slow and the food was really average. Probably won’t be back.

I would Have given the service one star, but I gave it to because Bentley was great. However, I was surprised to find out that the girl behind the register was the manager.!!!! When I got to the register, I was surprised that my two small pizzas cost $43. I was trying to get the app to work to see if there was a discount and I was confused about the price. I was talking about this out loud, but the manager just sit there, and looked at me with a look on her face like She wanted me to hurry up. I looked and there was nobody around me my daughter and I were trying to figure out the price on the screen and why it was so much. The manager did not offer any help. I was also trying to figure out the app at the same time and the manager was not offering any help instead, she said is it just the two pizzas three times. I felt rushed. I even said I felt rushed. I said to my daughter was just Pay and I’ll go. I’ll figure it out later , I don’t want to bother anybody I was feeling extremely rushed and uncomfortable. Again I looked around. Nobody else was even in the store. Manager asked me if there was a problem and I said I can’t figure out how it got to this amount, she read the charges off the screen one by one. Then I said to her well , OK I didn’t know that the crust we got cost extra that’s understandable but I’m trying to get the app to work because it says there’s a five dollar discount if you spend $15. She said to me the app is independent from the store. She didn’t offer to help or look at the app. Again she kept looking at me with this look on her face. It was upsetting, because to be honest, I was expecting an experience because I got Pieology mixed up with a place in Revere Massachusetts called easy pie, big big difference. Anyway, the only experience I got was really poor service from the manager. On top of it I have to say it was very disappointed with the pizza. I enjoyed the cauliflower crust, but the other pizza wasn’t all that great. And all fairness part of it was that I was expecting an experience , and that just didn’t happen. It was a regular pizza place it was space And they didn’t seem to be a lot of options.

Great little place for custom pizza! I like the crust options too (traditional, thin, low/no gluten lo carb, cauliflower. My "go to":Pesto, mozzarella, blu cheese crumbles, red pepper, basil, artichoke, sausage.More traditional red sauce and meats are an option. Bentley and Addy did great today - as usual!Price is pretty reasonable too! Recommended!

Service was second to one. Top quality. The food on the other hand is something else altogether. The pizza was absolutely terrible. Really on the edge of inedible. I ordered a Combo Pizza. I'm not sure what the little round red things are but that sure as heck ain't pepperoni! The ownership here should be ashamed! You don't have to be the best in town but if your staple food item is terrible, do something about it!

The employees working there were nice but the pizza was not good. Not worth the price.

Pizza was decent, but nothing to write home about. Frankly, there are a lot of similar pizza joints (Fired Pie, MOD, etc) so this establishment needs to step up their game! However, the staff were extremely pleasant and considerate - always a biggie on my list. The dining area is nice enough, but I wonder if the so-so pizza is why it was empty at 5:30 on a Saturday...

I am so sad because my family and I used to love this restaurant but it has really gone downhill. The last four times I have ordered our pizzas have been missing. Major components. This was my pizza that I ordered tonight. The picture on top is what it was supposed to look like, and the one on the bottom is what I received. There were no tomatoes, no arugula and no balsamic glaze. Total disappointment.

For the price of the pizza, it was very disappointing. I'd probably get papa John's or dominos over this place. The pizza looked like it had been sitting under a heating lamp for a few hours when we got it.
