I've tried to contact the corporate account, but their stupid website won't send the validation code. Between that and this store blocking (or not putting) a survey code on the receipt, it appears they don't want feedback at all.I ordered a 5 piece meal. I received 4 pieces. I placed the order on the app. They had plenty of time to prepare it correctly. I was short-changed and there is no recourse besides calling the store, but I'm not doing that over one piece of chicken. I'll just post a review and go elsewhere.

Chicken tenders were floppy and looked kinda pink on the inside, got very sick after, popcorn shrimp was sad and smelled like a urinal cake.

Last time I visit this location... which is sad because i live so close to it. After ordering two spicy sandwiches, a regular sandwich, and a large fry to go, I ended up with one spicy, one regular, and a large fry. I stood in the lobby for a half hour while they figured out what the hell was going on. They definitely move at a Louisiana pace at this location. If you're dashing, make sure you 100% have everything on the order before leaving to drop it off. Three orders ahead of mine were messed up and one guy had to walk back in to have his order fixed before I left. Yes, I understand that my order wasn't completed before I left because I didn't fully check it beforehand. But I literally told one of the employees my order after he looked at my order ticket twice. I shouldn't have to confirm that they are doing their job. Terrible service and will no longer visit this location! Avoid this one at all costs, especially if you're a dasher...

We order from this place all the time on door dash; never really have issues.Ordered tonight and was half way through my classic chicken sandwich when I bit into ice cold raw chicken. Vomited everything after that so that was fun too.Tried calling to let someone know they served raw chicken and can’t get ahold of anyone (no surprise there)Thanks for the absolutely traumatic experience Popeyes ??
