I stopped by this morning 5/9/2024 at approximately 10am on the dot for the first time ever and had a horrendous experience. I greeted the person on the intercom with a good morning and was told “what do you want” I then asked if I could get a sandwich combo then she responded with an attitude “do you want the bread too or what else did you want “ this is the first time I’ve ever experienced this type of behavior get your staff retrained and show them how to exceed customer service. I went to my regular canes on stapely and baseline and it was an absolute amazing experience.

Fries cold & old. Ordered 4 piece got home there was only 3 and they looked half cookd. Outer breading was soggy almost.No seasoning to fingers. Very bland. Not appealing. . Long wait. Was worried abt mobile orders than walk in orders. Will think twice before patronizing again.

Cane's chicken is always fresh, tender, hot and tasty, especially with the dipping sauce.They do a great job of keeping consistency across the board in different states. As far as fast food goes, these guys are literally the best. Food's always hot, fresh and tasty, which is not something I can say about most the other restaurants. Always happy to go there. Also they've got good lemonade.

My kids heard about this place on social media and we had to visit. (We live in California and we don't have this anywhere close by) Food was pretty good.
If you can only do one thing do it well. Raising Cane's really only has one item...chicken tenders, and they do it well. These are the best chicken tenders at any restaurant I've been to. Always fresh, juicy and never a disappointment. I've been to Cane's in different states and the quality is the same..great.
The last two times I went here, I asked to substitute the fries for an extra piece of bread. I know it is an option to do that, but this location has serious problems with it. Both times, they questioned me about it for an extra minute or two and got the order wrong. Extra fries, no coleslaw, and one piece of bread. Not going back to this location again for an $18 caniac combo with a side of terrible service and incorrect orders.

Normally I have a great experience from Canes. However, tonight's order was not the case. I ordered 2 Caniac Combos and 1 Box Combo. I received only 4 chicken tenders in one of my Caniac combos, and there are supposed to be 6. After driving home to discover this mistake, I drive back to the store and advise the crew member of the mishap. He asked me to "please wait and we will get you 2 more for your meal." I still need to drive back home, and my family and I would all like to eat together with hot, fresh cooked food. So I kindly asked them to remake the whole order, and I waited while they did so. I politely thank him for his understanding and leave back home with our food. Upon arriving home and starting to dig in, we find out that only one of these meals is actually hot and fresh while the other two were now cold and soggy from the drive and sitting around. I'm very disappointed and digusted by the order that was put out by this kitchen staff tonight.
