Ordered the som tum (papaya salad) and the Khao Soi. These are favorites of mine and neither of these lived up to the dish. The salad had a weird flavor- not a typical flavor for papaya salad. The Khao Soi also had a weird flavor and the noodles were undercooked.

The service was great. We ordered pineapple beef curry, basil tofu fried rice, pad see ew with chicken and wonton soup and spring roll. The pineapple coconut curry was really good, the basil fried rice and fried tofu was delicious. The spring roll was refreshing and huge and we were able to shake one with 4 people. The pad see ew was sweet spicy and perfect. The wonton soup was a bit bland so might not order that again. The portions were generous and good value. Overall great place for dinner

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! After enjoying countless meals over several years at what I consider my favorite Thai restaurant in the valley, I experienced the most unnerving interaction tonight. As I entered the restaurant as a solo diner, which I have done on many occasions I witnessed a familiar gentleman assisting several different groups of guests ahead of me to seat themselves wherever they'd like. When it was my turn to select a seat, I was assisted by a not so friendly stern looking lady who ushered me to pick between one of two tables located front and center in the restaurant. I asked if I could sit at an empty table for four away from the front door where I normally sit when I dine in. She said NO that I needed to choose from the two tables she had initially given me as choices. I explained to her that I'd rather not sit immediately at the front door as it was a chilly evening and rather breezy in those spots. I told her that I'd prefer to sit at one of the many empty tables toward the back of the restaurant. She was clearly irritated by my request and told me that if she allowed me to sit at one of the other larger tables, that she would promptly reseat me if a larger party came in to dine. I was stunned since the gentleman had been allowing other parties to select their seating preference, both before and after I was seated. The rude interaction bothered me and in fact ruined my dining experience. I did take notice that while I dined that she too allowed other guests to select their own tables. I'm puzzled as to why she singled me out? Was she having a bad night? Or was it because I was the only guest of color in the restaurant? The mistake I made was that I stayed and spent my money at this establishment. I should have walked out and chosen to dine elsewhere. Before leaving, I did bring the troublesome interaction to the attention of the gentleman who recognized me as a regular customer and he apologized for his wife's behavior. However, going forward, I will no longer be referring to this restaurant as a top local spot on my Airbnb listing and I will not be returning here to spend my hard earned dollars. I don't trust this business to provide a good experience to my customers after tonight's experience. As a small business, Royyim Thai should recognize the importance of excellent customer service.

The food at Royyim Thai Cuisine is the BEST Thai food I have ever had!! We kicked off our meal with a couple of Thai Teas, which were incredible, 10/10, and absolutely worth the price. When it came to choosing my main, I was torn between the Orange Chicken, Chicken Pad Thai, and Lemongrass Chicken. I ultimately went with the Lemongrass Chicken, and let me just say, it did NOT disappoint! The flavor was incredible with a perfect spice level for someone like me who can’t even handle Hot Cheetos lol. The zesty citrus flavor from the lemongrass was truly amazing.Tom, our server, made our experience even more delightful with his accommodating and friendly service. The atmosphere of Royyim Thai Cuisine adds to its charm – it feels very family-owned, inviting, and impeccably clean, making it a cozy dining spot.I highly recommend visiting if you’re in the mood for flavorful, incredible Thai cuisine that leaves a lasting impression. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Amazing Thai food! Finally a Thai restaurant that made an actual spice Pad Thai!! Crazy hot is amazing. I have been around and for heat and taste, this place slaps! I have turned many friends onto this spot and all are very impressed. I will keep calling this place my favorite until another place proves otherwise!

I came in to eat here and used the restroom first. I did not end up ordering. Will not be eating here. The employees also use this restroom. Conditons are very unsanitary.

Just got the crab puffs and drunken noodles. Love it! My order was ready super quickly after calling it in. The crab puffs are delicious, the noodles are flavorful with LOTS of veggies which I love, and the shrimp are nice a big. I hate it when you get a noodle dish that has like 2 pieces of Veggie in it but these are loaded! Great job guys

Based on 1 visit: The food is good. I had the drunken noodles (Pad Kee Mao), and the vegetables were crisp the onions nicely sauteed and the other ingredients were good as well. The service was pleasant enough, the water glass was large, and the decor is nothing to write home about. The food is worth coming back as far as I'm concerned.Vegetarian options: You can get the dishes with only vegetables, or with tofu for extra protein.
