This has been my fiancés and I go-to spot for Vietnamese food over the last 2-3 years. Food is exceptionally delicious every single time. With that said, I think there is still some room for improvement, aside from the delicious menu. When customers elect for the takeout option, I believe there shouldn’t be an extensive amount of additional fees such as chili oil, extra jalapeños, beansprouts, limes, etc… While it’s understandable to want to push for the dine-in experience, charging extra for these small things on takeout orders can be very costly and disappointing for majority of customers.Fortunately, I’ve had the opportunity to dine-in almost every time, which does not have any add-on fees. I believe once there’s a better execution with the takeout option, it will set the bar extremely high among other Vietnamese restaurants ?

Absolutely shook smh We just ordered take out and asked for p.11 combo pho, a little over $19 and this is what we got. It’s barely enough for a 5year old. I thought it couldn’t be right, but apparently those 6 little triangles are sliced steak, meatballs, brisket and shank…… The hot oil was an extra $2. It’s our first time eating at this place. We didn’t realize this until we were home. We usually go to AZ pho and grill, $15 gets you at least twice as much.

Least authentic phō I've ever seen. Super expensive and got my order extremely wrong (got it to go and didn't realize til I got home) didn't know it was a modern fusion type place. Don't really recommend. Expensive for no reason. Atmosphere seems fake

The food is waaaayyyyyy overpriced for what they offered. $22 for a special pho (which is 30%-40% higher than other Vietnamese places) with very small portions of meat. They will also charge extra if you ask for more basil, bean sprout, and whatnot. There is a reason why you don’t see any Vietnamese people in this place.
They took way too long to serve us. We waited approximately 45 minutes for our food. They charged extra for a small amount of extra bean sprouts, ridiculous !
fusion Vietnamese food, prices are high-$18 a bowl! charges for basil. long wait for food due to many to go orders. liked that they had a mi option. music was like we were in a club-trance electric not conducive to

Attempted to call ahead for pickup at 8pm during a long drive home, but their phone was disconnected. I stopped in anyway at 8:30pm, still 30 minutes ahead of closing time, and was refused service as “the kitchen is closed.” Change your posted hours if you want to close early.

First Impression:Beautiful restaurant, they definitely outdid themselves with decor and vibe.Service was great, guy at the counter was friendly. Really slow lunch for what it seems.Upon checking out the menu I noticed right off the bat high prices, especially compared to ALOT of Pho/vitnamese restaurants in the valley so I started getting hesitant. So after receiving my takeout and getting home, I ordered their Pho special which is p16, and wow I’m really Disappointed. After paying $22 the portion is small, I counted 8 pieces of beef at most when it’s suppose to contain the whole cow like other places. Broth was clear and flavorful but I just wish I got what I paid for.I can’t say I will come back again, I went because it’s only 10 mins from home but I think I’ll have to go to my usual spot in chandler, though far it’s worth the drive to get the quality and quantity.
