It took us an hour and a half to get our food. When we asked if we could get the checks and food to go because we had to leave to make an event, they got frustrated with us and made us wait another 15 minutes. The music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other, which is saying something because it was mostly soft, depressing songs.The only reason we went here was because the other sushi place in the same complex was closed for an emergency. We won’t make that mistake again.This was a frustrating experience.

Showed up at 1220am... yes pretty late but hours say they are open til 2am. Was told last call was in 9mins and I said okay I was ready to order. Guess I didn't understand that I had 9mins to eat and leave. I apologize for being a customer won't make that mistake again. Food was good.

We have been going here for over 12 years and now we will never go back. Food wasn't even close to what it used to be the rue on the crazy boy was very fishy the, fire cracker wasn't a jalapeño stuffed no more. This place changed ownership and now it's nowhere close to being the same. ?

Don't waste your money. Stay away from here. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. To start, the hostess/waiter didn't even say welcome in when we arrived. I don't know what he was going through, but his face was not a friendly one. - He sat us at the table. There were three tables with people, so it was not busy at all. After about 10 minutes, I had to get his attention to order our drinks. - The miso soup was cold. - We got our sushi and we didn't get the little trays for soy sauce. - I had to stand up to get a spoon. - The guy was in a bad mood, we tried but he didn't want to be friendly. I almost told him that he should go home and stop causing the owners to lose money, but my wife stopped me. - The food was terrible. I will never come back to this place. Eating out now is expensive, you go because you want to relax, have a good time, and to end up with this kind of attitude, bad service, terrible food quality is not fun at all.

Let me preface with I have been coming here for a very long time, and it at one point was my favorite spot to get sushi. It’s close to me, the food was amazing, and they are usually open later than most sushi restaurants. The service slowly took a hit with some new staff, I never really faulted them though. I would just learn to not go in at certain times to avoid the bad servers. If the service is a little slow that’s fine if the food is worth it, but not anymore. Ordered a dragon roll it’s always been my go to, and it’s always been good. That was actually still okay tonight, however the cherry blossom roll came covered in what I’m guessing is honey mustard? I’ve ordered it before multiple times and never had that happen. After asking the server if that was normal or on the menu she said it was, but offered to take it off and put in one without honey mustard. I’m thinking to myself that everything is fixed. Until I get my replacement roll which was essentially a brick of cream cheese with the top of the roll being normal without the honey mustard this time. As you can see in the photo the piece laying on its side is what it was supposed to be, no cream cheese. This was some weird filler they did to cut cost I assume? I couldn’t tell you how we got from honey mustard to a brick of cream cheese but we did it. After plucking out all that, I ate the scraps of the roll and got out of there. As I head out I check the menus again to make sure I’m not crazy to find out my server lied to me I couldn’t find anything on the menu saying the roll was going to come with any sauce on it. I really don’t like that I’m leaving such a poor review of my favorite sushi bar but I am hoping this will help them rectify quality issues as I’ve been more tolerant up to this point. If someone’s first impression was this I guarantee they would never come back. I’m sorry for having to do this, and there are some extremely talented chefs there who have done this for 14+ years. It’s just been such an inconsistent experience this past year and it’s a bummer.

So first I want to apologize coming in 20 minutes before the kitchen closed; if I missed that online I'm sorry. really wanted some sushi after work and this was the only place open. The tables we were sat at felt really gross and I accidentally scraped some of the table off I need my fingernail... gross. We were given water with no ice. When I ordered a miso soup it was never brought so when I asked for it again I was told there was none. Thanks for telling me Sooner. We weren't given wasabi or ginger until we asked for it. I had to get soy sauce off another table. Service was just very mediocre if not slightly poor. Let me tell you what though. The sushi? Phenomenal. Sooooo freaking good. My gosh Got the salmon skin roll, eel and cucumber and the Cristy roll with regular crab instead of spicy crab. It's soo good. Nom nom nom

Came here tonight and had Anna Y as our server. She was rude, and unprofessional. No personality. Dropped our check half way through eating our food (we were planning on getting more drinks). I think she either hated us or hated her job. I hope she has better days!
