The best soda shop in the neighborhood. The soda always hits, and the cookies are seriously superior to any other soda shop's cookies. Staff is always nice and quick too. We love soda rush!My favorite drink is the Yabba Dabba Dew, but no one I've ever gone with has ever been dissapointed with whatever drink they've ordered.

2nd time I ordered a COCONUT limeade and Fortunately tasted it first b4 driving away: forgot coconut just super tart limeade. They have a lot of new people. But they need to pay attention. If I had found later I would have been more upset. They aren't cheap.

The owner and staff are awesome. There was a misunderstanding with an order and the owner immediately helped get the problem solved. The staff was also so kind about the situation. The drinks and cookies are so good. Would definitely recommend Soda Rush to anyone.

SR in general has gone downhill and it shows in their quality. The advertising is absolutely horrible. Nothing is ever up to date. It shouldn't be so difficult to find the new cookies every week. FB is useless. Nothing is current there. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten cookies and the cookie batter is mixed too long so it's almost a cake texture. And they are cookies that are NOT supposed to be cake-like. It's never consistent. Multiple times I've gotten cookies where the whipped topping is not beaten long enough so it's runny and dripping off the cookie. We couldn't use gift cards for months, even though the sign said a few weeks. My son and I saw another customer receive the wrong cookies in their box so the employee took out the wrong cookie and put it back on the pan after the customer already touched it. More times than not we've gotten cookies stacked on top of each other ruining other cookies. It's almost like ever since these new stores are opening up, the quality of the products have started going down. Super disappointing.

This place has really gone downhill. Customer service isn't the same and I'm talking about the owners. It's like in every negative review there is a whole story of going through the footage, talking to staff, instead of just saying hey I'm so sorry that happened. Let's make this right. It's ok to make mistakes and all businesses do ?? Their stuff is just so expensive I feel like I'm going to a movie theatre or something.Edit to add: somebody commented on the ice cream and I have to agree. There's no way it's real ice cream and if it's not then they need to advertise it as such. It's really icy and it's been like that for years.
First and last time at SodaRush!!!!!!!!!! I had been seeing such a long drive thru line at this place for years and finally decided to try it. What a disappointment! Since I wasn't sure how to order, I parked and walked in. The parking lot was a complete nightmare. Walked in and was shocked at how dirty and gross the inside was. The floor looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned in the last 20 years. Between the dirty marked up floors, the kiddie furniture, and colors, the inside looked like a McDonald's play place inside! Ordered 2 drinks - a strawberry lemonade and a soda slush. The young girl who took my order appeared to be high school age. Had the most fake eyelashes I've ever seen - looked like dollar store quality. One of these days there will be a review on here with someone complaining about getting a full row of fake lashes in their drink! Anyway, I watched as the girl made the lemonade - lemonade in a cup with strawberry flavored Mountain Dew soda mixed into the cup! There were no legit strawberries in this drink! It was over $4 and didn't even taste good. The slush tasted like the soda ordered with vanilla flavoring. After drinking the liquid in the slush, the entire cup was nothing but ice and you had to wait for the rest of it to melt so that you could drink it! Additionally, the lid to the slush kept popping off - it didn't even properly fit the cup. On the way out, I then saw the trash can - the trash can was so gross, it looked like a public trash can you'd see next to a bus stop! Gross! This was the worst experience and the drinks were not even good! I will NEVER be returning to SodaRush! ZERO stars!

Rude employees/supervisor--think they must have a job requirement of 'can you be a beyatch' when hiring their staff. They admitted staff have been making incorrect statements about a discount during rush hour - for over a month of my coming here every day(!) and today, tell me they were wrong and discount doesn't apply to the items I ordered -- which would have been fine . . . IF they had been professional and tried to appease a loyal customer-- but instead, they were just flat out rude; not even a simple apology for so many staff being wrong for so many days! I would have been happy if they had just said 'sorry you were misinformed for soooo long; let me give you the discount today but going forward, you now know it won't apply' -- but nope - the simple idea of keep the customer happy obviously is not welcome here.

We went in tonight, ordered ice cream, and when the first cone came out it was flavorless and it had a strange, icy texture. We talked to an employee who told us the new machine wasn’t working right.As more of our ice cream arrived it was the same. We talked again to the employee who became defensive and angry, walked away twice, and then told us the machine was working just fine.I’m okay with a machine that’s not working, and they gave us a refund, neither of these was my issue. The anger coming from this exployee was not okay and it put a damper on our evening. Perhaps we were just one of many customers who had voiced complained today and this employee was frustrated and angry; hopefully we experience happy, friendly employees on our next visit…as we have for many years.

Soda Rush is good we go there once or twice a week I like there Double Chocolate chip, sugar, shark, special cookies. And I love there dreamcicle.. they have a happy environment they have the best drive through people they will be patient if you need to get money or credit card if it's in your wallet. So Soda Rush is a place to go to.

The Truck was at DRJH track meet today. The gentleman inside the truck was very rude, he had zero customer service! Slammed the orders down on the metal shelf. I have never ordered from this truck or at their actual store. But I will never spend my money with them again. No matter how thirsty I am.
